习近平在庆祝中国共产主义青年团成立100周年大会上提出“有理想、敢担当、能吃苦、肯奋斗的新时代好青年”的重要命题，这是对中国共产党青年观的丰富和发展，为新时代青年思想政治教育工作指明了方向。本论文围绕“新时代好青年素养培育”这一主题，采用文献研究、辩证分析、系统分析等研究方法，以“内涵阐释—来源分析—现实审视—路径探究”的研究思路，回答新时代好青年素养是什么、新时代好青年素养培育何以必要，以及如何推进新时代好青年素养培育等重要的理论和实践问题。新时代好青年的素养包含政治、道德、品格和能力四方面的意涵，要求青年具备坚定理想信念的政治素养、锤炼品德修为的道德素养、矢志精进本领的品格素养、砥砺奋进之为的能力素养，四方面内容涵义紧密联结，良性互动，共为整体。新时代好青年素养培育，具有科学性、人民性和辩证性特征。马克思恩格斯青年观的基本立场、中国共产党青年观的根本遵循，以及中华优秀传统文化中青年成才的思想精华，是新时代好青年素养培育的理论依据；应对百年未有之大变局的时代呼唤、青年作为中国发展生力军的使命要求、青年实现自我完善的迫切需求，构成新时代好青年素养培育的实践需要。在党和国家的关怀指引下，青年一代努力实现自我完善和提升，青年素养培育取得可喜成果，如理想信念力量得以凝聚、担当奉献品质得以践行、艰苦奋斗精神得以发扬、知识能力水平得以提升。新时代好青年的素养培育工作在坚持以服务于党和国家发展大局为根本指向，以实现自我与社会的价值统一为基本要求，以共青团等群团组织为重要依托等方面凝练出重要经验。不容忽视的是，新时代好青年素养培育也面临着挑战，具体表现为青年自我中心意识过强、多元价值观念不利影响以及整体培育效力有所缺乏等。为了更好地推进新时代好青年素养培育，必须作出全方位、系统性的努力。首要原则是坚持党的领导。一方面，要通过发挥顶层设计的基础性导向性作用，坚持党委领导、政府负责的关键机制，来强化党的组织领导；另一方面，要贯彻党的教育方针，落实立德树人根本任务，坚持“三全育人”教育理念。必须从学校教育体系的优化完善、家庭教育责任的落实履行以及社会育人环境的净化提升入手，完善新时代好青年素养培育的环境条件。还必须通过激发青年成长成才意识的内生动力、强化马克思主义理论的方向引导、增强青年培育评价机制的保障效能，来切实把握住青年素养培育的关键环节，提升新时代好青年素养培育的实效。

The important proposition of "the new era‘s great young generation who are a generation with ideals, a sense of responsibility, grit, and dedication", was proposed by Xi Jinping at the ceremony marking the centenary of the Communist Youth League of China, representing the enrichment and development of the youth view of the Communist Party of China, and pointing out the goal direction for the ideological and political education of young people in the new era. This paper focuses on the theme of " cultivating the qualities of the new era‘s great young generation ", adopts research methods such as literature research, dialectical analysis, and systematic analysis, and uses the research ideas of " connotation interpretation-source analysis-reality review-path exploration " to answer what is " the qualities of new era’s great young generation" , why the cultivation of the new era‘s great young generation‘s qualities is necessary, how to cultivate the new era‘s great young generation‘s qualities and other important theoretical as well as practical issues.The qualities of the new era‘s great young generation include four aspects: politics, morality, character and ability. It requires young people to have the political quality of ideals and convictions, the moral quality of virtue cultivation, the character quality of capability improvement, and the ability quality to forge ahead. The meanings of the four aspects are closely linked, benign interaction, and combined as a whole. The qualities of the new era‘s great young generation has several characteristics，including scientificity, people-oriented and integrity. The basic position of Marx and Engels‘ view of youth, the fundamental adherence of the Communist Party of China ‘s view of youth, and the ideological essence of young talents in Chinese excellent traditional culture are the theoretical basis of the cultivation of the new era‘s great young generation‘s qualities. The urgent need for youth to achieve self-improvement, the mission requirement of youth as a new force for China‘s development, and the call of the times to cope with the profound changes unseen in a century constitute the practical needs for this cause. Under the guidance of the Party and the country, the younger generation strives to achieve self-improvement, and the cultivation of youth quality has achieved gratifying results, such as the cohesion of ideals and convictions, the practice of dedication, the development of the spirit of hard struggle, and the improvement of knowledge and ability. The cultivation of the qualities of the new era‘s great young generation adheres to the fundamental direction of serving the overall development of the Party and the country, takes the realization of the unity of self and social values as the basic requirement, and relies on mass organizations such as the Communist Youth League of China. The above points are important experiences in the cultivation cause. It cannot be ignored that there are also some challenges in this process，including excessively strong self-centered consciousness of some young people, the adverse effects of multiple values, and the lack of overall cultivation effectiveness.In order to better promote the cultivation of the qualities of the new era‘s great young generation, it is necessary to make comprehensive and systematic efforts. The primary principle is to adhere to the leadership of the Party. On the one hand, we should strengthen the party‘s organizational leadership by giving full play to the basic guiding role of top-level design, adhering to the key mechanism of Party Committee leadership and government responsibility ; on the other hand, we should adhere to the Party ‘s educational policy, implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and morality, carry out the educational concept of " Three-wide Education", putting the Party ‘s political guidance for young people through the whole process. We must start with the optimization of the school education system, the implementation of family education responsibilities, and the purification of the social education environment to improve the environmental conditions for youth cultivation. It is also necessary to grasp the key links of youth cultivation by stimulating the endogenous driving force of youth consciousness, strengthening the direction guidance of Marxist theory, and improving the guarantee efficiency of the evaluation mechanism of youth cultivation, so that the effectiveness of cultivation of the new era‘s great young generation‘s qualities can be enhanced.
