新时代是奋斗者的时代。对于新时代中国青年而言，人生理想的风帆要靠奋斗来扬起，民族复兴的使命要靠奋斗来实现。以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴，青年一代更需坚定积极正确的奋斗观念，保持昂扬向上的奋斗姿态。系统阐释新时代青年奋斗精神的真正内涵，客观分析青年奋斗精神现状并探寻有效的培育路径，是事关时代新人培养与民族复兴进程的重要问题。对新时代奋斗精神的理论探讨既忠实于马克思主义经典作家对奋斗思想的阐发，又深刻体现中华优秀传统文化中蕴含的奋斗传统，同时还结合中国共产党百年奋斗实践中的青年奋斗精神，以及习近平总书记关于奋斗精神的重要论述，在此基础上全面理解和系统阐释新时代青年奋斗精神。奋斗精神是奋斗实践的精神提炼，在社会实践中体现了不同时代的历史使命和要求而不断生成与发展。新时代青年奋斗精神具有独特的时代特征，彰显实现中华民族伟大复兴的时代主题，强调推进中国式现代化的实践导向，突出加快创新创造的发展需求，展现构建人类命运共同体的全球视野。新时代为青年奋斗精神注入了新的内涵，具体包括坚定理想、勇担重任的奋斗志向，攻坚克难、顽强拼搏的奋斗意志，敢想敢为、开拓创新的奋斗品格，善作善成、笃行实干的奋斗实践和胸怀天下、无私奉献的奋斗情怀。为进一步明晰奋斗精神的时代内涵，还需要破除“虚伪奋斗”对踏实奋斗行为的淡化、打破“利己主义”对奋斗价值取向的干扰、纠偏“内卷”文化对奋斗评判标准的歪曲、揭开“躺平”标签对奋斗阻碍因素的遮蔽。在问卷调查和访谈结果分析的基础上，得出新时代青年奋斗精神总体状态积极向上的同时，青年群体还存在奋斗意识上的积极乐观与焦虑无助并存、奋斗实践上的拼搏进取与畏难逃避交织、奋斗取向上的奉献担当与利己倾向伴生等结论。从历史唯物主义视角对新时代青年奋斗精神现存问题的影响因素进行分析，主要论述了个人认识与能力不足消解奋斗动力、舆论导向的偏差削弱青年奋斗自觉、社会竞争的加剧放大青年奋斗焦虑等几个造成当前部分青年奋斗精神缺乏的主要原因。青年是新时代的生力军和创造者，青年奋斗精神的培育是对思想政治教育提出的现实要求，也是塑造时代新人的重要内容。在深入分析当代青年奋斗精神现状及影响因素的基础之上，从加强教育引导引领青年奋斗方向、形成良好氛围激发青年奋斗活力、健全相关机制增强青年奋斗韧性三方面对当前青年奋斗精神培育路径提出对策建议，以期为青年奋斗精神培育问题提供有价值的参考。

The New Era is the era for strivers. For the youth of China in the New Era, the sail of the ideal of life must be raised by struggle, and the mission of national rejuvenation must be realized by struggle, too. To advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization, it is more necessary for the young generation to have a positive concept of struggle and maintain a spirited attitude of struggle. Fully explaining the connotation of the youth struggle spirit in the New Era, objectively analyzing the current situation of the youth struggle spirit and exploring effective ways to cultivate it are important issues concerning the cultivation of the new generation of the era and the realization of national rejuvenation.The comprehensively understands and systematically explains on the spirit of struggle in the New Era is not only based on the interpretation of the struggle thought by the classic Marxist writers, but also deeply reflects the struggle tradition contained in the excellent traditional Chinese culture. At the same time, it also combines the youth struggle spirit in the century-old struggle practice of the CPC and the important discussion on the struggle spirit of Xi Jinping. The spirit of struggle is the spiritual refinement of practical struggle, reflecting the historical missions and requirements of different eras in social practice. The youth struggle spirit in the New Era has unique characteristics of the times, reflecting the theme of achieving the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the New Era, emphasizing the practical orientation of promoting the Chinese path to modernization, highlighting the development needs of accelerating innovation and creation, and showing the global vision of building a global community of shared future. The new era has injected new connotations into the spirit of youth struggle, including the struggling awareness of firm ideals and bravely shoulder heavy responsibilities, the striving will of overcoming difficulties and fighting tenaciously, the struggle character of daring to think and innovate, the struggle practice of doing well and achieving success, and the struggling sentiment with the world in mind and selfless dedication. In order to further clarify the connotation of the spirit of struggle, it is necessary to break the alienation of "hypocritical struggle" from practical struggle behavior, the interference of "egoism" on the value orientation of struggle, the distortion of the evaluation criteria of struggle by the "involution" culture, and the masking of obstacle factors to struggle by the "lying flat" label. Based on the analysis of questionnaire surveys and interview results, it is concluded that while the struggle spirit of young people in the New Era is generally positive, the youth group also has a coexistence of positive optimism and anxiety and helplessness in the cognition of struggle, an interweaving of hard work and the fear of escaping from difficulties in the practice of struggle, and a combination of dedication and egoism in the value orientation of struggle. From the perspective of historical materialism, analyzing the influencing factors of the existing problems in the spirit of youth struggle in the New Era, it mainly discusses the main reasons for the lack of spirit of struggle among some young people, such as the insufficient of personal understanding and ability dissipating the conscious of youth‘s struggle, the deviation of public opinion direction weakening youth‘s motivation for struggle, and intensified social competition amplifying the anxiety of young people‘s struggle.Youth are the fresh force and creators of the New Era, and the cultivation of youth‘s struggle spirit is a practical requirement for ideological and political education, as well as an important aspect of cultivating of the new generation of the era. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of contemporary youth‘s spirit of struggle, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the cultivation path of the struggle spirit of youth in the New Era from three aspects: strengthening education and guiding the direction of the struggle of youth, forming a good atmosphere to stimulate the vitality of the struggle of youth, and improving relevant mechanisms to enhance the resilience of the struggle spirit of youth. It is hoped to provide valuable references for the cultivation of youth‘s spirit of struggle in the New Era.
