山水格局观念是的中国传统文化的哲学观。山水格局观念背后的思维是中华文明的核心即“天人合一”,是中华文明发展和传承的重要组成部分。然而,随着社会的高速发展,山水格局观念文化正逐步淡出人们的视野,青年一代对此缺乏兴趣。笔者认为,有必要探索一种全新的视觉表现,吸引人们对于山水格局观念的兴趣,从而达到山水格局观念文化科普的目的。本文基于歙县呈坎村的村落山水格局观念格局,开展了传统山水格局观念题材的科普插图设计研究。首先,对中国经典山水格局观念题材的插图设计进行了分析。围绕经典山水格局观念理论研究现状,研究了其发展历程,未来趋势和理论的科学性。针对科普插图设计领域的研究现状,则研究了其在传播传统文化方面的独特优势,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。在以上理论分析的基础之上,开展了《天地和合》科普插图创作实践。该部分的研究脉络如下:从前期的设计目标确立,到中期的创作手法解析,再到后期的表达效果展示,层层递进,深入主题,最终达到“天人合一”的创作主旨。确立设计目标时,首先明确科普插图创作所需遵循的原则,再进行受众群体分析。笔者重点从多个层面对创作手法进行了系统的解析,分别是科普插图设计的造型方法、图文关系、色彩搭配、构图思路、字体选择、立体纸艺和风格特征。在创作过程中,笔者对复杂的图案关系进行解析,并以此作为视觉交流的媒介,从而提升信息传达的高效性和准确性。最终,通过把三维折叠的纸艺结构和美术图案设计进行结合,实现了这本以中国传统山水格局观念为主题的科普插图设计,同时也进一步加深了对于立体纸艺底层逻辑建构的理解。本文旨在表达的“天人合一”思想,基于具象又超越具象,从而建立起图形和意义的关联,有利于文化的沿用和灵感的汲取,这也正契合了现代视觉传达的目的。这种将三维立体图形和美术插图设计融合的思维方式,为其他同样对复兴中华传统文化感兴趣的研究者们,提供了良好的借鉴。未来,可通过进一步丰富人们阅读时的感官体验,如在触觉、嗅觉甚至听觉方面构筑立体化阅读感受,吸引读者兴趣,提升传统文化的传播力。
landscape and water features arrangement is a mystical art of Chinese civilisation with a long history. The thinking behind landscape and water features arrangement is the core of Chinese civilisation, namely "the unity of heaven and mankind", which is an important part of the development and inheritance of Chinese civilisation. However, with the rapid development of society, landscape and water features arrangement culture is gradually fading out of people‘s vision, and the young generation lacks interest in it. The author believes that it is necessary to explore a new visual representation to attract people‘s interest in landscape and water features arrangement, so as to achieve the purpose of landscape and water features arrangement culture popularisation.Based on the village landscape and water features arrangement pattern of Shexian Chenkan Village, this paper carries out a research on the design of traditional landscape and water features arrangement illustrations. Firstly, the illustration design of classic Chinese fengshui topics was analysed. The development history, future trends and the scientific nature of the theories were studied around the current status of classical landscape and water features arrangement theory research. For the current research situation in the field of popular science illustration design, its unique advantages in spreading traditional culture are studied, and its future development trend is outlooked.On the basis of the above theoretical analyses, the practice of creating popular science illustrations of "Heaven and Earth and Harmony" was carried out. The research lineage of this part is as follows: from the establishment of the design goal in the early stage, to the analysis of the creation method in the middle stage, to the display of the expression effect in the late stage, it is progressive and in-depth to reach the theme, and finally to achieve the creative main idea of "harmony between the heaven and mankind". When establishing the design objectives, the author first clarifies the principles to be followed in the creation of popular science illustrations, and then analyses the audience groups. The author focuses on a systematic analysis of the creation method from multiple levels, namely, the modelling method of popular science illustration design, graphic relationship, colour matching, compositional ideas, font selection, three-dimensional paper art and stylistic features. In the process of creation, the author analyses the complex pattern relationship and uses it as a medium of visual communication, so as to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of information conveyance. In the end, through the combination of three-dimensional folded paper structure and art pattern design, this scientific illustration design based on the theme of traditional Chinese landscape and water features arrangement is realised, and at the same time further deepens the understanding of the underlying logic of three-dimensional paper art.This paper aims to express the idea of "the unity of heaven and man", which is based on and transcends the figurative, so as to establish the connection between graphics and meaning, which is conducive to the use of culture and inspiration, which is also in line with the purpose of modern visual communication. This way of thinking, which integrates three-dimensional graphics and fine art illustration design, provides a good reference for other researchers who are also interested in reviving traditional Chinese culture. In the future, by further enriching people‘s sensory experience when reading, such as constructing a three-dimensional reading experience in terms of touch, smell and even hearing, we can attract readers‘ interest and enhance the communication power of traditional culture.
