中国Z世代特指出生于1995年至2009年之间,与中国互联网发展相伴而行的一代“网络原住民”。他们成长在物质生活更丰裕、信息获取更便捷、文化思想更丰富、学习渠道更多样的生活环境中。相比以往,中国Z世代可谓“生活在网上”,思维模式和行为习惯深受网络影响,展现出“因网而生”的世代特征,包括实践方式更虚拟、经验获取更便利、人际交往更疏离的实践行为特征,以及主体意识更鲜明、竞争心理更强烈、社会心态更复杂的思想观念特征。面向中国Z世代的奋斗精神培育具有鲜明的时代价值和实践意义。本文将理论分析与实证研究相结合,指出优化中国Z世代奋斗精神培育,需深耕社会主流文化土壤、明晰奋斗精神时代内涵、立足中国Z世代奋斗需要,并构建了中国Z世代奋斗精神培育的影响机制,分析了中国Z世代奋斗精神培育的新特点。从中国Z世代奋斗精神培育的机遇来看,新质生产力的发展推进了“人工智能+”在社会各领域的广泛应用,为中国Z世代提供更多奋斗机会;社会主义竞争下的内卷并未限制社会发展的空间,反而激发“外卷”的积极竞争意识,驱动中国Z世代的奋斗行为;中国Z世代更鲜明的主体性,易使自身具有更强的奋斗自驱力。从中国Z世代奋斗精神培育的挑战来看,消极的网络亚文化易影响中国Z世代奋斗动力的生成、碎片化的奋斗精神培育形式易弱化培育效果、中国Z世代更为脆弱的心理承受能力易消解自身的奋斗意志。因此,进一步优化中国Z世代奋斗精神培育,可从培育环境、培育内容、培育对象三个维度协同推进:一是优化支持奋斗的培育环境,通过完善制度保障、监管社会舆论、推进家校共建共育的方式增强中国Z世代生活环境对Z世代的支持力度、推行奋斗风尚、营造奋斗氛围;二是优化鼓励奋斗的培育内容,通过活用奋斗精神培育资源、挖掘中国Z世代奋斗榜样、鼓励中国Z世代参与奋斗精神培育的方式提升中国Z世代奋斗精神培育内容的互动性、激励性和亲切性;三是优化中国Z世代自觉奋斗的内生机制,通过自我激励、明确规划、知行合一的方式提升中国Z世代奋斗意识、增强奋斗能力、促进奋斗实践。
