产业数字化转型作为数字中国建设的重要一环，是提高企业综合竞争力、加快数字经济落地发展的关键。本文通过对企业数字化转型的影响以及企业供应链管理的关键成功要素进行定义和研究，提出数字化转型投入提高企业供应链管理效率这一假设研究。进一步地，本文还基于企业供应链的特征，尝试从供应链集成度的角度出发，分析数字化转型对于企业供应链管理效率提升的影响路径，提出数字化转型能够通过分散企业供应链过度集中的风险，从而改善供应链管理效率，提高企业功能供应链的稳定性。基于相关理论分析，本文以2008年至2022年中国沪深两市A股上市公司数据为检验样本，选取词频统计的方式构建数字化转型的相关变量，并以企业存货管理、供需关系两个角度刻画供应链管理效率，通过固定效应回归模型对于数字化转型和供应链管理效率之间的关系进行实证研究。实证检验结果发现：(1)无论是对企业存货管理效率还是供需偏离度，企业数字化转型均具有显著的促进作用，即数字化转型程度高的企业具有更高的存货周转效率以及更小的供需偏离度；(2)供应链集成度在数字化转型和企业的供应链管理效率之间起到了中介作用，即数字化能够通过降低企业的供应链集中程度，提高供应链管理效率；(3)对于不同产权性质、管理层背景的企业，企业数字化转型的影响也有所不同。相比于民营企业，国有企业在数字化转型战略的积极影响方面更为显著，数字化转型对于供应链效率的具有更好的促进作用。同时，高管的海外背景也能够更好的帮助企业进行数字化战略的实施和落地，即在具有海外背景的管理层的企业中，数字化转型对于供应链管理效率的促进作用更为显著。最后，基于本文的研究结论和我国的实际情况，提出“大力发展数字化基础设施建设”“引进数字化技术相关人才”“推广数字化试点企业成功经验”等相应政策建议。
Industrial digital transformation, as an important part of the construction of digital China, is the key to improving the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and accelerating the development of the digital economy on the ground. By defining and studying the impact of enterprise digital transformation and the key success factors of enterprise supply chain management, this paper proposes a hypothetical study that digital transformation inputs improve the efficiency of enterprise supply chain management. Further, based on the characteristics of the enterprise supply chain, this paper also tries to analyse the impact path of digital transformation on the improvement of enterprise supply chain management efficiency from the perspective of supply chain integration, and proposes that digital transformation can improve the supply chain management efficiency and enhance the stability of the enterprise functional supply chain by dispersing the risk of over-concentration in supply chain management.Based on relevant theoretical analyses, this paper takes the data of A-share listed companies in China‘s Shanghai and Shenzhen markets from 2008 to 2022 as the test sample, selects word frequency statistics to construct the relevant variables of digital transformation, and portrays supply chain management efficiency from two perspectives of enterprise inventory management and supply and demand, and conducts empirical research on the relationship between digital transformation and supply chain management efficiency through the fixed-effects regression model. The results of empirical tests found that: (1) digital transformation has a significant role in promoting both inventory management efficiency and supply and demand deviation, i.e., enterprises with a high degree of digital transformation have higher inventory turnover efficiency and smaller supply and demand deviation; (2) the degree of supply chain integration plays a mediating role in the relationship between digital transformation and the supply chain management efficiency of enterprises, i.e., digitalisation can improve the supply chain management efficiency of enterprises by reducing the degree of supply chain concentration and improving the supply chain management efficiency of enterprises by reducing the degree of supply chain concentration. firms‘ supply chain concentration and improve supply chain management efficiency; (3) the impact of digital transformation of firms varies for firms with different ownership properties and management backgrounds. Compared with private enterprises, state-owned enterprises are more significant in terms of the positive impact of digital transformation strategy, and digital transformation has a better promotion effect on supply chain efficiency. At the same time, the overseas background of executives can also better help enterprises to implement and land the digital strategy, i.e., in enterprises with overseas background management, digital transformation has a more significant effect on the promotion of supply chain management efficiency.Finally, based on the findings of this paper and China‘s actual situation, we put forward the corresponding policy recommendations, such as "vigorously developing digital infrastructure construction", "introducing digital technology-related talents", "promoting the successful experience of digital pilot enterprises", "promoting the successful experience of digital pilot enterprises", etc. "and other corresponding policy recommendations.
