本研究旨在分析中国千禧一代的社交媒体消费行为,从参与研究的中国千禧一代的回答中探索不同的趋势及对心理健康的影响。并实现以下研究目标:其一,分析导致中国千禧一代社交媒体消费行为的因素;其二,确定并讨论社交媒体内容与中国千禧一代在消费社交媒体内容时的行为模式之间的互动和关系;其三,确定社交媒体的使用对中国千禧一代心理健康的影响,并提出干预建议。千禧一代作为本次实证研究的主要对象,采用线上线下问卷调查的方式进行实证调研,对所调查的数据采用SPSS统计软件进行数据分析,并通过定量定性分析得出研究结果。其中,定量分析使用描述性统计和相关性对均值和标准差进行了分析;定性分析建立并制定了主题,以确定研究的各个方面和目标,包括内容偏好、社交媒体对社会和中国千禧一代的影响态度,以及对其心理健康的影响。研究结果表明:娱乐、维系关系和信息搜集是中国千禧一代社交媒体消费的主要驱动因素;社交媒体上呈现的内容及呈现形式对中国千禧一代的社交媒体消费行为有不同的影响;中国千禧一代在社交媒体上花费的时间与他们的精神状态之间存在显著相关性,这种明显的相关性进一步表明,社交媒体使用量的增加可能会对他们的心理健康产生明显的影响。最后,根据针对中国千禧一代的社交媒体消费行为的实证研究结果,向各利益相关方提出了若干建议:医疗保健专业人员应为希望管理社交媒体消费行为的中国千禧一代实施基于证据的干预措施,包括认知行为疗法和正念技术;技术专家和开发人员应设计用户友好型工具和应用程序,鼓励以正念和有意识的方式参与社交媒体;对政策制定者而言,应制定好相关政策,确保在社交媒体平台上对内容进行负责任的节制;对教育者而言,应培养中国千禧一代负责任的社交媒体消费态度和行为。
This study aimed to analyze the social media consumption behavior of Chinese millennials and explore different trends and influences from the responses of Chinese millennials who participated in the study. And achieve the following research objectives: firstly, to analyze the factors leading to the social media consumption behavior of Chinese millennials in China; secondly, to identify and discuss the interaction and relationship between the behavior patterns of Chinese millennials when consuming social media content; thirdly, to determine the relationship between social media use and mental health of Chinese millennials in China and to propose intervention solutions accordingly.As the main object of this empirical research, millennials used online and offline questionnaire survey, and analyzed the data using SPSS statistical software, and the research results were obtained through the quantitative and qualitative analysis mode. Quantitative analysis analyzed means and standard deviations using descriptive statistics and correlation; qualitative analysis established and sets out themes to identify aspects and objectives of the study. These include content preferences, social media attitudes on society and Chinese millennials, and influences on their mental health. The findings suggest that various motivations drive social media usage, including entertainment, social connection, information consumption, there is a significant correlation between the time that Chinese millennials spend on social media and their mental state, and this apparent correlation further suggests that increased social media use may have a significant impact on their mental health.Finally, based on the empirical findings, healthcare professionals should implement evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, for Chinese millennials who wish to manage social media consumption; technical experts and developers should design user-friendly tools and applications to encourage participation in social media in a mindful and conscious manner; for policy makers, develop policies to ensure responsible control of content on social media platforms; and for educators, they should cultivate responsible social media consumption habits of Chinese millennials.
