簇绒工艺原是一种广泛应用于地毯生产的工艺形式，近年来在现代设计中得到了广泛的关注，越来越多的艺术家和设计师开始使用簇绒工艺作为自己设计表达的手段，用于制作装置、服装服饰等，实现了簇绒工艺的跨领域运用。得益于社交媒体的传播和推广，簇绒工艺也走进了大众的视野，赢得了众多消费者的青睐。作为一种设计表达手段，簇绒工艺由于兴起时间较短，仍蕴含着丰富的创新空间，还有非常大的潜力等待发掘，是一个值得深入研究和探索的领域。本文从理论研究和设计实践两方面出发，针对簇绒工艺特点及创新应用展开现代壁挂设计的实践探索。本文主要从四个方面对簇绒工艺展开研究。首先，笔者通过相关文献资料的搜集和分析对簇绒工艺的历史背景、表现形式、操作流程做了简要的阐述。然后，笔者结合具体的案例对簇绒织物的特征进行深入研究，总结了簇绒织物的图案、色彩及工艺特征，以便在设计实践中能够更好地利用其特性，探索更适合簇绒工艺的表现形式。接着本文通过对不同类型的创新性的簇绒作品的分析，吸取这些优秀作品的创新思维和手段，从材料、工艺、载体三方面总结出适用于簇绒工艺的创新途径，为此次的设计实践提供支持。在上述研究的指导和支持下，笔者以簇绒工艺为基础，创作了一组现代壁挂作品。笔者充分发挥簇绒工艺的特征，并结合主题探索簇绒工艺的创新形式，不仅使用多种材料，创造出丰富的质感变化，还将簇绒工艺与串珠工艺相结合，使作品视觉表现力更强，艺术效果更加丰富。本研究通过对簇绒工艺的系统梳理和总结，能够让更多创作者对簇绒工艺有更加系统和深入的了解。并通过进一步的设计实践，为簇绒工艺在当代设计领域的创新提供更多灵感和方向，这不仅可以激发更多设计师和艺术家的创造力，推动簇绒工艺与现代设计的融合，为簇绒注入新的活力。同时，这也有助于提升公众对簇绒工艺价值的认识，促进染织艺术的保护和发展。
Tufting technology was originally a form of technology widely used in carpet production. In recent years, it has received widespread attention in modern design. More and more artists and designers have begun to use tufting technology as a means of expressing their own designs. In the production of equipment, clothing and apparel, etc., the cross-field application of tufting technology has been realized. Thanks to the dissemination and promotion of social media, tufting technology has also entered the public eye and won the favor of many consumers. As a means of design expression, tufting technology still contains rich space for innovation due to its relatively short history, and there is still great potential waiting to be explored. It is an area worthy of in-depth research and exploration. This article starts from both theoretical research and design practice, and launches a practical exploration of modern wall hanging design based on the characteristics and innovative applications of tufting technology.This article mainly studies the tufting process from four aspects. First, the author briefly elaborated on the historical background, manifestations, and operating procedures of the tufting process through the collection and analysis of relevant literature. Then, the author conducted in-depth research on the characteristics of tufted fabrics based on specific cases, and summarized the patterns, colors and process characteristics of tufted fabrics, so that its characteristics can be better utilized in design practice and explore more suitable methods for tufting technology. Manifestations. Then, through the analysis of different types of innovative tufting works, this article absorbs the innovative thinking and methods of these excellent works, and summarizes innovative approaches suitable for tufting technology from three aspects: materials, processes, and carrier. Design practice provides support. Under the guidance and support of the above-mentioned research, the author created a set of modern wall hanging works based on tufting technology. The author gives full play to the characteristics of tufting technology and explores innovative forms of tufting technology in combination with the theme.
