摘要

药食同源作为中国传统文化中的重要概念,在促进健康、预防疾病方面具有重要意义。本论文旨在探究药食同源的科普传达方式,以提高公众对药食同源理念的认知和理解,更有效的传达药食同源的知识内容。首先,对时代背景、现实状况和药食同源科普传达方式的国内外发展现状进行调研及论述,确立了以青年群体为对象的具体研究方向。其次,通过文献综述分析了当代青年群体的行为模式及心理特征,阐述了药食同源的概念、历史渊源和理论基础,以及其与现代健康观念的联系。之后,解析了目前药食同源科普传达方式的现状,包括信息娱乐化、传达方式单一化、设计呈现与受众审美不匹配等。接着,提出了结合新媒体背景采取媒体平台进行科普传达的建议,例如结合社交媒体、移动应用程序和互动游戏等形式,以多样化的内容和生动的形式向公众传达药食同源的知识和价值,在设计角度提出了可行性的建议,例如采取趣味化、更细腻的设计手法体现人文关怀。最后,将药食同源科普传达与可交互的科普方式结合开展视觉设计实践,内容包括整体设计框架、视觉设计因素和最终的视觉效果呈现,重在提高科普传达的有效性、趣味性和美观性等。通过本研究,旨在为药食同源科普传达提供新思路和方法,促进健康观念的普及和推广,为人们追求健康生活提供支持。

As an important concept in Chinese traditional culture, the homology of medicine and food is of great significance in promoting health and preventing diseases. The purpose of this paper is to explore the communication ways of science popularization of medicine and food homology, in order to improve the public‘s cognition and understanding of the concept of medicine and food homology, and to convey the knowledge content of medicine and food homology more effectively.First of all, it investigates and discusses the background of the times, the actual situation and the development of science popularization of medicine and food homology at home and abroad, and establishes the specific research direction of taking the youth group as the audience. Secondly, through literature review, this paper analyzes the behavior patterns and psychological characteristics of contemporary youth groups, and expounds the concept, historical origin and theoretical basis of medicine and food homology, as well as its relationship with modern health concepts. After that, it analyzes the current situation of popular science communication with the same origin of medicine and food, including the entertainment of information, the simplification of communication, the mismatch between design presentation and audience aesthetics, and so on. Then, it puts forward the suggestion of adopting the media platform to communicate science popularization according to the new media background, such as combining social media, mobile applications and interactive games to convey the knowledge and value of medicine and food homology to the public in a diversified content and vivid form, and puts forward feasible suggestions from the design point of view, such as adopting interesting and more delicate design techniques to reflect humanistic care. Finally, the visual design practice is carried out by combining the popular science communication of the same origin of medicine and food with the game design, including the overall game design framework, visual design factors and the final presentation of visual effects. emphasis is placed on improving the effectiveness, interest and aesthetics of popular science communication. Through this study, the purpose of this study is to provide new ideas and methods for the transmission of science with the same origin of medicine and food, promote the popularization and promotion of health concepts, and provide support for people to pursue a healthy life.
