摘要

“建筑漫步”由20世纪著名的建筑大师、城市规划家勒·柯布西耶(Le Corbusier , 1887-1965)提出,是其建筑空间组织与形式生成的重要观念和方法。作为一种结合流线的空间感知与组织方式,它不仅影响了20世纪的建筑创作,更启发了后世的建筑探索。本文旨在探讨勒·柯布西耶的建筑漫步理论及其主客观统一、跨尺度、多维度的空间设计方法,并尝试其在当代中国建筑实践中应用的可能性。本文首先梳理了勒·柯布西耶建筑漫步的理论发展脉络,从人类的漫步行为出发,辨析漫步概念,分析漫步艺术与现代建筑的联系。进而,本文总结出柯布西耶建筑漫步的三个设计策略:空间远景与蜿蜒流线策略、内外区分与双向连接策略、正面层化与偏倚视景策略。本文对这三个策略的理论来源和方法内涵进行分析,阐述了三个设计策略之间的相互关联,及其与新建筑五点的内在联系。基于上述理论研究和实地考察调研,本文对勒·柯布西耶建筑漫步的三个经典案例进行图解分析。通过对三座别墅的设计策略应用进行横向比较,可以发现建筑的形式整合度、语言简洁性与空间复杂度都有所提升,建筑与场地的对抗性被逐渐强化。从而揭示了勒·柯布西耶建筑漫步设计策略的跨尺度、多维度特性。在理论解读与案例实证的基础上,为探究建筑漫步作为观念与方法应用于设计实践的普适性,选择以中国本土的公共建筑项目——浙江嘉兴南湖区市民活动中心——作为建筑漫步当代设计应用的对象。设计将基于建筑漫步理论和所归纳的三个设计策略,针对漫步空间系统进行专题的深化设计。由此可见,建筑漫步并非孤立的流线设计,而是一种结合流线的主客观统一、跨尺度、多维度的空间感知与组织方式。本文通过对柯布西耶的建筑漫步设计策略进行归纳总结,并在此基础上对柯布西耶的经典案例进行图解分析,最终进行当代中国建筑实践应用的尝试。希望本文理论与设计结合的研究方式和成果能对建筑漫步的后续研究起到一定的借鉴意义。

The concept of "Architectural Promenade," proposed by the renowned architect and urban planner Le Corbusier (1887-1965) in the 20th century, stands as a pivotal notion and method in the organization and formation of architectural space. As a mode of perceiving and organizing space that integrates circulation, it has not only influenced architectural creation throughout the 20th century but also inspired subsequent architectural explorations. This paper aims to delve into Le Corbusier‘s theory of architectural promenade and its multidimensional, cross-scale spatial design methods, as well as to explore its potential application in contemporary Chinese architectural practice.The paper firstly traces the theoretical development of Le Corbusier‘s architectural promenade, starting from the human act of promenading, delineating the concept of promenade, and analyzing its relationship with the art of promenading and modern architecture. Subsequently, the paper identifies three design strategies of Le Corbusier‘s architectural promenade: the strategies of spatial vistas and meandering circulation, internal-external differentiation and bidirectional connectivity, and frontal layering and inclined focuses. The paper analyzes the theoretical origins and methodological implications of these three strategies, elucidating their interrelations and inherent connections with the principles of the Five Points of New Architecture.Based on the aforementioned theoretical research and on-site investigations, the paper conducts graphical analyses of three classic cases of Le Corbusier‘s architectural promenade. Through a horizontal comparison of the application of design strategies in the three villas, enhancements in formal integration, linguistic simplicity, and spatial complexity are observed, while the antagonism between architecture and site is gradually intensified. Thus, the paper reveals the multidimensional, cross-scale characteristics of Le Corbusier‘s architectural promenade design strategies and accumulates instances of their application.Building upon theoretical interpretation and empirical case studies, to explore the universality of applying the concept and method of architectural promenade in design practice, the paper selects the public architectural project of the Nanhu District Civic Activity Center in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, China, as the object for contemporary application of architectural promenade design. The design will delve into the promenade space based on the theory of architectural promenade and the three summarized design strategies.Consequently, architectural promenade is not merely a solitary circulation design but a mode of perceiving and organizing space that integrates circulation in a multidimensional, cross-scale, and subjective-objective unified manner. Through summarizing Le Corbusier‘s architectural promenade design strategies and conducting graphical analyses of his classic cases, this paper ultimately attempts the application of architectural promenade in contemporary Chinese architectural practice. It is hoped that the research methodology and findings integrating theory and design in this paper will provide valuable insights for subsequent studies on architectural promenade.
