高质量发展背景下北京市高校体育场馆运营管理研究

摘要

2022年北京冬奥会,2023年成都大运会和杭州亚运会在内大型体育赛事相继在我国成功举办,在展现我国综合国力,提供给全球观众高水平竞技体育赛事的同时,体育场馆的设计利用、赛后运营等问题备受关注。在高质量发展的背景下,提升北京市高等院校体育场馆的运营管理水平对于全国高等院校来说具有一定的示范效应,本文以高质量发展为背景,以北京市高校体育场馆运营管理为研究主题,采用专家访谈法、案例研究法和问卷调查法,对北京市30所高等院校体育场馆的运营管理基本情况、管理模式和存在的问题进行研究后,并对包括美国俄亥俄州立大学、俄勒冈大学和日本青山学院在内的国际高校体育场馆运营管理典型案例进行分析,得出以下结论:(1)挖掘高校场馆运营管理新深度。北京市高校体育场馆的运营管理资金主要来源于高校财政拨款,需要完善多种业态,丰富多元化的资金来源。进一步的提升场地设施、服务质量和管理效率等方面的工作,加强与场馆使用者的沟通联动,了解使用者的真实需求和使用体验,不断对场馆运营管理的供给侧进行改革。(2)培育高校场馆运营管理新动能。高校体育场馆基本满足了学生的需求,但仍存在较大的提升空间,通过加强校园的文化塑造,特色活动和各类赛事,增强校园体育文化的传承和认同感。扩大开放,强化体育场馆作为社区文化中心的角色,增强了与当地居民的联系。通过科技赋能,提供智慧化的服务,提升管理效率和使用体验。(3)创建高校场馆运营管理新模型。高校场馆运营管理模型采用一种综合性和多维度的方法,以提高效率、差异化服务,并确保场馆的可持续运营。最后,本研究提出了四条建议:第一,优化体系,提升高校体育场馆整体管理水平;第二,多措并举,提高高校体育场馆对外开放效率;第三,不断学习,加强高校体育场馆运营管理专业能力;第四,找准定位,拓宽高校体育场馆运营管理新模式。

In our country‘s successful hosting of high-level competitive sports events,which showcase our comprehensive national strength to global audiences,attention has been drawn to issues such as the design utilization and post-event operation of sports venues. Against the background of high-quality development,enhancing the operational management level of sports venues in Beijing‘s university has a certain demonstrative effect for universities nationwide.This study focuses on the sports venues of university in Beijing,employing methods including literature review,expert interviews,case studies,and questionnaire surveys to research the current status and existing problems in the operation and management of sports venues,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Explore new depth of university venue operation and management. The operation and management funds of Beijing university sports venues mainly come from the financial allocation of universities, so it is necessary to improve various forms of business and enrich diversified sources of funds. (2)Cultivate new driving forces for the operation and management of university venues. University sports venues basically meet the needs of students, but there is still a lot of room for improvement, the inheritance and identity of campus sports culture are enhanced. (3)Create a new model of university venue operation and management. The University venue management model takes an integrated approach to improve efficiency, differentiate services and ensure sustainable venue operations.Based on the actual situation,this study proposes the following four suggestions: First, optimize the system and improve the overall management level of university venue. Second, take multiple measures to improve the efficiency of the opening up of university stadiums. Third, continue to learn and strengthen the professional ability of the operation and management of sports venues in universities. Fourth, accurately position and expand new models for the management of university sports venues.
