随着全球产业链的深度整合,物流和供应链管理已成为企业实现可持续发展的关键因素。库存作为企业运营结果之一,直接影响到企业的成本控制、客户满意度和市场竞争力。如何平衡需求和供应是做好库存控制的关键。本文以F公司的库存作为研究对象,旨在深入分析库存控制现状,并解剖其存在的问题,从产成品需求预测和原材料库存控制两个方面,设计有效的库存改善方案。首先,收集并分析了相关文献,奠定了本论文研究工作的理论基础。采用文献研究法、案例研究法等,系统性地梳理了关于需求预测与库存管理领域的研究成果、理论观点和实践案例。其次,通过对F公司供应链和库存控制现状的详细分析,揭示了库存控制中存在的问题,包括库存周转率低、准时交货率低等。通过分析库存数据,进一步深入探究了导致库存问题产生的原因,包括需求预测不准确和安全库存管理不完善。再次,针对导致F公司库存控制问题产生的原因,本文设计了组合式的库存改善方案。通过对比不同预测方法对F公司产成品的预测效果,选择了合适的预测方法提升需求预测准确率;在拓展的ABC-XYZ原材料分类管理的基础上,针对不同原材料类型,提出了差异化的安全库存管理策略并给出了针对性的改善建议。最后,为了确保改善方案能够得以持续实施并取得预期效果,本文也给出了相应的保障措施。在完善物料信息管理体系和完善团队管理与绩效考核两个方面,推进了相应的措施。在实施工具和过程管理上,确保库存控制团队能够更好地协同合作,促进库存控制持续改善。通过本文的应用实践,验证了需求预测改善和安全库存管理在库存控制中的组合作用以及有效性,为库存控制领域的实践做出了一定的有益探索。
With the deep integration of the global industries, logistics and supply chain management have become a key factor for enterprises to sustainable development. Inventory, as one of the results of business operations, directly affects cost control, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness. How to balance demand and supply is the core factor to excellent inventory control.This thesis focuses on the inventory control of F Company as the study object, aiming to deeply analyze the situation of its inventory control and dissect related problems, as well as basing on finished goods demand forecast and raw material inventory control to design effective improvement solutions.Firstly, this thesis collected and analyzed relevant literature to prepare the theoretical foundation for the research work of the thesis. This thesis also systematically sorted out the study results, theoretical views and practical cases on the field of demand forecast and inventory control by literature study method and case study method.Secondly, this thesis analyzed the current situation of F Company’s supply chain and inventory control to reveal several problems in its inventory control. These problems include low inventory turnover and low on-time delivery rate. Furthermore, after analyzing the inventory operation data, the problems’ reasons were identified, including low accuracy of demand forecast and poor safety stock management.Thirdly, this thesis has designed comprehensive improvement solutions to address the inventory control problems in F Company. After comparing the forecasting effects of different forecasting methods on the products of F Company, a suitable forecasting method was selected to improve the accuracy of product demand forecasting. Based on the expanded ABC-XYZ material classification management, differentiated safety stock management strategies were proposed for different types of materials, and specific improvement suggestions were realized.Lastly, this thesis also presented corresponding assurance measures to ensure the continuous and smooth implementation of the improvement solutions. These measures include improving the material data management system and improving team management and performance assessment. By implementing these measures, the inventory control team can collaborate more effectively to continuous improvement in inventory control.The application practice of this thesis confirms the combined functions and effectiveness of demand forecasting and safety stock management in improving inventory control. It also makes certain useful explorations for the practice in the inventory control area.
