摘要

随着全球气候变化和环境保护意识的增强,近零碳园区建设逐渐成为全球城市发展的重要趋势。近零碳园区旨在最大程度减少碳排放,通过优化设计和创新技术,实现园区的低碳运营。然而,目前在近零碳园区建设领域仍存在着诸多挑战和问题。本研究旨在解决当前近零碳园区建设面临的问题,包括评价指标体系不统一、设计层面的减碳策略研究不足以及策略研究与指标体系联系不足等。首先,国内外对近零碳园区的评价体系和指标体系缺乏统一标准,不利于为园区的碳排放降低提供准确的导向。其次,现有研究更多关注于园区减碳的顶层设计,而对园区尺度的具体减碳策略研究不足,缺乏实践指导。最后,策略设计与碳排放之间的联系不够清晰,阻碍了策略设计的优化和实施效果的评估。为解决上述问题,本研究主要对园区的减碳策略进行研究,为近零碳园区转型提供有效指导。本文的研究主要有三个部分:评价指标体系分析、园区建设案例研究和园区碳排放研究。首先,通过对国内外近零碳园区评价体系的分析,明确了各项指标的作用及在不同地区的应用情况。其次,选取了国内外具有代表性的园区案例,深入探究了园区的减碳策略。通过对园区碳排放的研究,建立了碳排放模型,为园区减碳策略的量化评估提供了科学依据。在以上理论与方法研究的基础上,本文提出了六个领域的具体减碳领域,包括可再生能源利用、建筑、园区交通、碳汇、资源利用和运营管理。并针对六个减碳领域提出具体的减碳策略,在对应的策略下建立了减碳策略元素库,分析具体的应用场景与应用原则,以为后续园区转型提供策略指导。本研究以位于深圳市的中建绿色产业园A区为例,对园区进行综合评估,并根据评估结果设定了明确的目标。在此基础上,结合减碳策略的研究成果,对园区进行了近零碳转型改造。通过实践案例的选择与实施,验证了本研究提出的减碳策略框架的有效性和可操作性。

With the increasing awareness of global climate change and environmental protection, the construction of near-zero carbon parks is gradually becoming an important trend in global urban development. Near-zero carbon parks aim to minimize carbon emissions and achieve low-carbon operations through optimized design and innovative technologies. However, there are still many challenges and problems in the field of near-zero carbon park construction. This study aims to solve the current problems facing the construction of near-zero carbon parks, including the inconsistency of the evaluation index system, the insufficient research on carbon reduction strategies at the design level, and the insufficient linkage between the strategy research and the index system. First, the evaluation system and indicator system of near-zero carbon parks at home and abroad lack uniform standards, which is not conducive to providing accurate guidance for carbon emission reduction in the parks. Secondly, existing research focuses more on the top-level design of carbon reduction in parks, while there is insufficient research on specific carbon reduction strategies at the park scale, which lacks practical guidance. Finally, the link between strategy design and carbon emissions is not clear enough, which hinders the optimization of strategy design and the evaluation of implementation effects. To solve the above problems, this study focuses on the carbon reduction strategies of parks to provide effective guidance for the transformation of near-zero carbon parks.The research in this paper has three main parts: evaluation index system analysis, park construction case study and park carbon emission study. Firstly, through the analysis of the evaluation system of near-zero carbon parks at home and abroad, the role of each index and its application in different regions are clarified. Secondly, representative cases of parks at home and abroad are selected, and the carbon reduction strategies of the parks are explored in depth. Through the study of carbon emission in the park, a carbon emission model is established, which provides a scientific basis for the quantitative evaluation of the park's carbon reduction strategy. On the basis of the above theoretical and methodological research, this paper proposes six specific areas of carbon reduction, including renewable energy use, buildings, park transportation, carbon sinks, resource use and operation management. It also proposes specific carbon reduction strategies for the six carbon reduction areas, establishes a carbon reduction strategy element library under the corresponding strategies, and analyzes the specific application scenarios and application principles, in order to provide strategic guidance for the subsequent transformation of the park. Taking Zhongjian Green Industrial Park A in Shenzhen as an example, this study carries out a comprehensive assessment of the park and sets clear goals based on the assessment results. On this basis, the park was transformed into a near-zero carbon transformation by combining the research results of carbon reduction strategies. The effectiveness and operability of the carbon reduction strategy framework proposed in this study are verified through the selection and implementation of practice cases.
