保安服务业在我国从无到有目前已经历经了四十年的发展,但是相较于发达国家而言起步较晚,并且随着中国综合国力的不断提升,近年来全社会对我国安保服务也提出了新的要求,因此对保安服务业的研究具有一定的现实意义。 当前我国保安公司普遍为体制内改制的结果,基本业务依旧主要依靠人力防护保安服务,盈利模式长期以来依旧是简单依靠向客户派驻保安员赚取劳务费差价获得营业收入。那么在当前发展困局之下我国保安服务业应当怎样融合如今国家发展潮流实现进一步提升,保安公司在改制之后能够从哪些方面拓展自己的服务内容实现盈利模式的升级,是目前学术界和社会所关心的问题。本文以保安服务业内具有代表性的企业振邦保安公司为例,主要解答了两个现实问题:一是振邦保安作为目前市场中规模较大的传统保安企业,其商业模式结构是什么?这一商业模式结构又如何影响本企业的价值创造和效率以及对交易要素匹配的影响?二是对于目前商业模式设计不合理的地方,振邦保安应如何通过各生产要素和利益相关者的重新匹配,优化振邦保安公司的商业模式,实现公司转型升级和效益提升。 为了解决上述问题,本文首先理清了中国保安服务行业发展的历史背景与其商业模式演化进程,梳理了我国保安服务业四十余年商业发展的历史阶段与特点特征,并归纳概括了当前我国保安服务业湘西新天地保安“阿米巴”、安邦护卫技术共享数字化转型商业模式的特点。之后本文结合了未来中国保安服务业数字化、数智化的发展趋势,从数字经济与共享经济两个角度研究剖析振邦保安公司怎样从传统网络化商业模式向数字化智慧安防、互联网+保安服务、基于共享经济的商业模式转型优化,并在详细诠释好每一项安保业务优化创新内容之后对其绩效进行考核评价,最终得出振邦保安公司商业模式创新优化保障措施,为该企业以及我国保安服务业未来发展建言献策。 在保安服务业数字化、共享化转型的当下,我国保安公司应当继续加强组织管理,强化信息交流,优化服务流程与用户体验,做好安保产业链融合与合作,推动我国保安事业持续、健康发展。
Security services industry in China from scratch has undergone more than 40 years of development. However in recent years, with the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength, the whole society of China's security services have put forward new requirements. That’s the reason why this study of the security services industry has a certain degree of practical significance. At present, China's security companies are generally the result of restructuring of the system. Basic business profits are still mainly relying on manpower protection security services. Under the current development dilemma, how should China's security service industry integrate with the national development trend to achieve further improvement, and from what aspects can security companies expand their service content to realize the upgrading of the profit model after restructuring is the current concern of the academia to the society. This paper takes Shandong Zhenbang Security Company, a representative enterprise in the security service industry, as an example, and mainly answers two realistic questions: First, as a traditional security enterprise with a large scale in the market, what is the structure of Zhenbang Security's business model? and how does this business model affect the value creation and efficiency of the enterprise, as well as the matching of transaction elements? Secondly, for the irrationality of the current business model design, how should Zhenbang Security optimize Zhenbang Security's business model through the re-matching of production factors and stakeholders to achieve the company's transformation, upgrading and efficiency enhancement. In order to solve the above problems, this paper first clarifies the historical background of the development of China's security companies and the evolution of its business model, sorting out the security services industry in China for more than 40 years of commercial development of the historical stages and characteristics of the features.Afterwards, this paper combines the future development trend of digitalization in China's security service industry, and analyzes how Zhenbang Security Company transforms from the traditional networked business model to the digital intelligent security. Detailed interpretation of each security business innovation content after its performance assessment and evaluation, and ultimately come up with Zhenbang business model innovation optimization measures, for the enterprise as well as China's future development of security services industry advice. In the digital and sharing transformation of the security service industry, China's security companies should continue to strengthen organizational management, enhance information exchange, optimize the service process and user experience, and do a good job in the integration and cooperation of the security industry chain, so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of China's security industry.
