摘要

水泥熟料生产过程中产生大量的二氧化碳排放,在实现“3060双碳目标”的大背景下,降低熟料生产的二氧化碳排放任务艰巨。熟料生产过程的碳排放由原料煅烧、化石燃料燃烧和设备用电三部分产生,本文针对通过使用替代燃料减少化石燃料用量的大比例替代技术开展研究工作。 首先,对国内外替代燃料使用情况,处置设备的应用情况做了调研,目前缺乏适合我国替代燃料产业发展现状的大比例替代技术。气化技术是一项发展成熟的燃料利用技术,通过气化手段将替代燃料制成可燃气供水泥企业使用或是突破瓶颈的解决方案,气化耦合技术在我国的生物质耦合燃煤发电项目中得到应用,尤其是针对多种物料研发的TFB气化技术,可应用于水泥厂。 以吉林市JL水泥厂为例,对周边替代燃料资源情况进行了调研,替代燃料资源涵盖了造纸废料、汽车拆解物、垃圾衍生燃料、生物质等,预处理主要配备破碎和烘干,提供尺寸30~50mm,低位热值4000~4500kcal/kg的综合替代燃料用于气化炉。TFB气化炉由燃料输送和给料系统、气化系统、可燃气输送和利用系统组成,并配备自动化控制系统和安全防护系统。该系统向水泥窑输送热值约5MJ/Nm3的可燃气,实现燃煤替代。 此外,对研究项目进行了多目标分析评价。该研究项目中,替代燃料的综合热利用效率可达90%,可燃气可满足水泥窑系统的燃烧温度要求,能够实现40%以上的全煤替代率;研究项目的净现值受燃煤价格和替代燃料价格影响最大;在单因素敏感性分析中,当低位热值5500kcal/kg的燃煤价格高于856.9元,或低位热值3500kcal/kg的替代燃料价格高于537.6元/吨时,项目净现值为0。 最后,对全国现役窑线分布情况、替代燃料资源情况进行了分析,我国3000t/d(含)以上窑线有890条,占全国总数的62%,气化耦合利用项目市场容量很大,且资源可支撑项目建设。西南地区生物质资源最为集中,广东、浙江工业固废替代燃料资源多,福建、山东、江苏、河南等地的生物质资源和工业固废替代燃料均较丰富,适合气化耦合项目的推广应用。 本文可为气化耦合技术在水泥窑的耦替代燃料应用项目提供投资决策依据和初步的设计依据,为于水泥行业替代燃料应用提供参考价值。

The production process of cement clinker produces a lot of carbon dioxide emissions, under the background of achieving "3060 carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals", reducing the carbon dioxide emissions of clinker production is a challenging task. Carbon dioxide emissions of the clinker production process are produced by calcination of raw materials, burning of fossil fuels and electricity consumption of equipments. In this paper, research work is carried out on the large-scale alternative technologies which reduces the fossil fuel consumption by using alternative fuels.Firstly, the use of alternative fuels and the application of disposal equipment at home and abroad are investigated. At present, there is a lack of large-scale alternative technologies which are suitable for the development status of our alternative fuel industry. Gasification technology is a mature fuel utilization technology, through the gasification method to make alternative fuel gas for cement enterprisesusing maybe is a solution, the gasification coupling technology has been applied in the biomass coupling coal power generation projects in China. Especially TFB gasification technology is developed for various materials, this technology is applicable to cement plants. Taking JL Cement Plant as an example, the paper conducts a survey on the surrounding alternative fuel resources. The alternative fuel resources cover paper waste, automobile disassembled materials, waste derived fuel, biomass, etc. The pretreatment is mainly equipped with crushing and drying, and comprehensive alternative fuel with size of 30~50mm and LHV of 4000~4500kcal/kg is provided for gasifier. The TFB gasifier is composed of a fuel conveying and feeding system, a gasification system, a gas conveying and utilization system, and it is equipped with an automatic control system and a safety protection system. The system delivers combustible gas with a LHV of about 5MJ/Nm3 to cement kilns to replace coal burning.In addition, the research project is evaluated by multi - objective analysis. In this research project, the comprehensive heat utilization efficiency of alternative fuels can reach 90%, the combustible gas can provide the requiredt combustion temperature of the cement kiln system, and the total coal replacement rate is up to more than 40%. The net present value of the research project is most affected by the price of coal and alternative fuels; In the single factor sensitivity analysis, when the price of coal with a LHV of 5500kcal/kg is higher than RMB856.9 per ton, or the price of alternative fuel with a LHV of 3500kcal/kg is higher than RMB537.6 per ton, the net present value of the project is 0.Finally, the distribution of active kiln lines and alternative fuel resources in China are analyzed. There are 890 kiln lines whose capacity above 3000t/d in China, accounting for 62% of the total amount in the country. The market capacity of gasification coupling utilization projects is large, and resources can support projects construction. The biomass resources are the most concentrated in southwest China, Guangdong and Zhejiang have more industrial solid waste alternative fuel resources, and Fujian, Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan are rich in biomass resources and industrial solid waste alternative fuel, which is suitable for the promotion and application of gasification coupling projects.This paper can provide investment decision basis and preliminary design basis for the coupling fuel application project of gasification coupling technology in cement kiln, and provide reference value for the application of alternative fuel in cement industry.
