现代纤维艺术是编织艺术的延伸，从1962年让·吕尔萨创办国际壁挂双年展带动了国际纤维艺术的“跨界”热潮开始，已历经半个多世纪的发展，这种材料与形式兼具的艺术形式也在此过程中被广大艺术家们熟知。其中编织工艺以其传统的工艺技法与丰富的表现形式，仍然作为主流被广泛应用于纤维艺术作品中。簇绒工艺作为编织工艺的一种，是将绒头纱栽植栽底布上制作绒头织物的一种纺织技法，以其富有规律性的制作方法与丰富多样的层次效果，被用于制作工业地毯、家居用品等实用领域。近年来，在艺术家对工艺与艺术的不断探索下，簇绒工艺呈现出个性化、大众化、手工化发展的趋势，越来越成为纤维艺术家实现作品艺术效果的工艺手段之一。本文将以簇绒工艺作品与毕业设计实践为基础，对簇绒工艺的发展历史、现状以及其在各个领域的应用进行研究梳理，最终延伸到针刺簇绒工艺在纤维艺术领域的具体应用，旨在从学术的角度对针刺簇绒工艺进行系统性总结，并结合实际情况探讨其未来的创新可能与发展方向，为后续深入研究提供理论支撑与实践指南。
Modern fiber art is an extension of weaving art. It has been more than half a century since Jean Lursa founded the International Wall Hanging Biennale in 1962, which led to the "cross-border" upsurge of international fiber art. This material and form are both the art form of tool is also known by many artists in this process. Among them, weaving technology is still widely used in fiber art works as the mainstream because of its traditional craftsmanship and rich forms of expression. As a kind of weaving process, the tufting process is a textile technique in which the pile yarn is planted on the base cloth to make pile fabrics. It is used to make industrial carpets because of its regular production method and rich layered effect., Household goods and other practical fields. In recent years, under the continuous exploration of craftsmanship and art by artists, tufting technology has shown a trend of personalization, popularization, and manual development, and has increasingly become one of the technical means for fiber artists to achieve the artistic effect of their works.Based on tufting craft works and graduation design practice, this paper will study and sort out the development history, current situation, and application of tufting craft in various fields, and finally extend to the specific application of needle tufting craft in the field of fiber art. The purpose of this paper is to systematically summarize the needle tufting process from an academic point of view, and to explore its future innovation possibilities and development directions in combination with actual conditions, to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for subsequent in-depth research.
