景泰蓝是我国重要的特种金属工艺，也是传统工艺美术代表品类，历史悠久且独具特色。然而自20世纪80年代，景泰蓝行业已跟不上市场经济转型和新生活方式需求，导致该行业面临着发展滞后、市场定位模糊、人才断档、重技轻艺等问题。如何改善景泰蓝创新传承与发展中遇到的困境，打通相关产业链条、促进景泰蓝传统工艺走进现代生活，从而扩大景泰蓝的影响力，让其渗透到我们日常生活，成为当下比较迫切、不可回避的课题。本文基于笔者在景泰蓝行业的观察与实践思考及硕士期间所学的艺术管理专业知识，以“景泰蓝传承创新模式探究：以工美设计创新研究中心为例”为题，其核心研究内容如下：第一，通过笔者在景泰蓝行业中亲身的工作实践与观察思考，深入非遗景泰蓝行业一线，获得有价值的一手资料，并展开对景泰蓝创新与传承的相关研究工作，总结和梳理当下景泰蓝在发展中面临的现实问题。第二，运用现代设计方法和企业经营理念介入非遗景泰蓝的传承与创新实践中，并通过切实案例进行验证。第三，现代设计企业与景泰蓝传承人合作共建的景泰蓝传承与创新发展模式的运作方式及其利弊分析，以及对景泰蓝未来面向大众，构建大众景泰蓝时尚品牌，从而提出景泰蓝传承与创新发展可能路径及有效经验。就选题意义与社会价值而言，论文以景泰蓝行业为例，所要探究的是：传统工艺如何转型升级，如何引入外部资源，如何开展可推广的合作模式。进而，以现代设计创新介入传统景泰蓝手工艺创新创造的具体实践案例，更好地做到传承创新，实现景泰蓝行业当代价值转化。

Cloisonné is an important special metal craft in China and a representative category of traditional arts and crafts with a long history and unique features. However, since the 1980s, the cloisonné industry has not been able to keep up with the market economic transformation and new lifestyle demands, resulting in the industry facing problems such as lagging development, vague market positioning, talent gap, and emphasis on technology rather than art. How to improve the difficulties encountered in the innovative inheritance and development of cloisonné, open up the related industrial chain, promote the traditional craft of cloisonné into modern life, so as to expand the influence of cloisonné and let it penetrate into our daily life, has become a more urgent and inevitable issue nowadays.Based on the author‘s observation and practical thinking in the cloisonné industry and the professional knowledge of art management learnt during the master‘s degree, this paper is entitled " Exploring the Innovation Model of Cloisonné Inheritance: Takes the Innovation Research Center of Arts and Crafts Design as an Example ", and the core research is as follows. Firstly, through the author‘s personal practice and observation in the cloisonné industry, he goes deep into the front line of the non-heritage cloisonné industry to obtain valuable first-hand information and conducts research on the innovation and inheritance of cloisonné, so as to summarize and sort out the current realistic problems faced by cloisonné in its development. Secondly, we will use modern design methods and business concepts to intervene in the inheritance and innovation practice of non-heritage cloisonné, and verify them through practical cases. Thirdly, the operation mode of cloisonné inheritance and innovation development model of cooperation between modern design enterprises and cloisonné inheritors and its pros and cons analysis, as well as the possible path and effective experience of cloisonné inheritance and innovation development for the future of cloisonné for the public and the construction of popular cloisonné fashion brand.In terms of the significance and social value of the selected topic, the thesis takes the cloisonné industry as an example and explores how to transform and upgrade the traditional craft, how to introduce external resources and how to develop a scalable cooperation model.
