摘要

A公司精益生产下的成本控制研究一、选题的范围纵观工业历史,精益制造方法已被公认为生产管理的革命性方法。在当今全球经济一体化和竞争激烈的趋势下,在当今汽车领域竞争激烈也每况愈烈,传统的管理模式已难以满足客户的各种需求,因此,采用新的技术、管理方式,来增加生产效益,已成为各家公司从传统走向现代化必然的道路。通过现状分析、调研、访谈、比较,我们发现A公司的精益制造存在诸多问题,包括改进建议机制不完善、供应商和设备配置不合理、生产设施常损耗、计划管理不完善等。公司高层应通过集思广益确定问题原因,积极提出改进建议,完善设备部署方案;本文透过实际的工作经验,结合精益制造相关理论,对于所任职公司提出观点跟看法。二、选题意义本课题通过将大量的实际案例和数据对A公司进行研究,从理论结合实际进行深入的探讨和解析,总结经验和吸取教训。1. 理论意义将现代的管理学理论、战略管理理论和成本领先理论综合运用到实践中去,并且将战略如何执行的,解决实际问题。2. 现实意义本文以A公司为例,将精益思想注入公司生产经营的各个环节,跟踪参与公司精益生产方法的推广、应用、总结和改进:帮助公司发现当前经营中的各种问题并向公司管理者提出建议。采取有效对策提供转介;帮助全体员工加深对精益生产方式的认识和理解,灵活运用精益生产工具开展精益生产活动,不断拓展技能和知识,提高职业素养;帮助企业降低生产经营成本,提高产品质量和生产效率,打破发展壁垒,创新体制机制,获得持久竞争优势。三、本课程研究的目的通过自己的亲身经历,见证改革开放的近20 年自主品牌汽车制造的代表长城汽车所经历战略的转型、组织和管理的变革,战略和管理如何一步一步落地的,这些举措对经营是如何支撑的?本课题除对汽车行业的精益思想提供有实际意义的方案外,也可以对制造业精益思想提供有借鉴意义的方案。四、预期成果1. 通过对公司日常工作总结,遴选出支持经营结果的活动,探究公司的精益模式。2. 将精益思想模式进行总结,希望给其它制造企业予以借鉴。

Through current situation analysis, investigation, interview and comparison, we found that there were many problems in A company‘s lean manufacturing, including imperfect improvement suggestion mechanism, unreasonable supplier and equipment allocation, frequent wastage of production facilities, imperfect planning management, etc. The senior management of the company should determine the cause of the problem through brainstorming, actively put forward suggestions for improvement, and improve the equipment deployment plan; Based on practical work experience and lean manufacturing theories, this paper puts forward opinions and views on the company I work for. 2. Practical significance Taking Company A as an example, this paper infuses lean thinking into every link of the company‘s production and operation, tracks and participates in the promotion, application, summary and improvement of the company‘s lean production method, and helps the company find various problems in the current operation and puts forward suggestions to the company‘s managers. Take effective measures to provide referrals; Help all staff to deepen their knowledge and understanding of lean production, flexibly use lean production tools to carry out lean production activities, constantly expand their skills and knowledge, and improve their professional quality; We will help enterprises reduce production and operation costs, improve product quality and production efficiency, break barriers to development, innovate systems and mechanisms, and gain lasting competitive advantages. 3. In addition to providing practical solutions for the lean thinking of the automobile industry, this topic can also provide reference solutions for the lean thinking of the manufacturing industry. 4. Expected Results 1. By summarizing the company‘s daily work, select activities that support business results and explore the company‘s lean model. 2. Summarize lean thinking mode, hoping to provide reference for other manufacturing enterprises.
