A公司精益生产下的成本控制研究一、选题的范围纵观工业历史，精益制造方法已被公认为生产管理的革命性方法。在当今全球经济一体化和竞争激烈的趋势下，在当今汽车领域竞争激烈也每况愈烈，传统的管理模式已难以满足客户的各种需求，因此，采用新的技术、管理方式，来增加生产效益，已成为各家公司从传统走向现代化必然的道路。通过现状分析、调研、访谈、比较，我们发现A公司的精益制造存在诸多问题，包括改进建议机制不完善、供应商和设备配置不合理、生产设施常损耗、计划管理不完善等。公司高层应通过集思广益确定问题原因，积极提出改进建议，完善设备部署方案；本文透过实际的工作经验，结合精益制造相关理论，对于所任职公司提出观点跟看法。二、选题意义本课题通过将大量的实际案例和数据对A公司进行研究，从理论结合实际进行深入的探讨和解析，总结经验和吸取教训。1. 理论意义将现代的管理学理论、战略管理理论和成本领先理论综合运用到实践中去，并且将战略如何执行的，解决实际问题。2. 现实意义本文以A公司为例，将精益思想注入公司生产经营的各个环节，跟踪参与公司精益生产方法的推广、应用、总结和改进：帮助公司发现当前经营中的各种问题并向公司管理者提出建议。采取有效对策提供转介；帮助全体员工加深对精益生产方式的认识和理解，灵活运用精益生产工具开展精益生产活动，不断拓展技能和知识，提高职业素养；帮助企业降低生产经营成本，提高产品质量和生产效率，打破发展壁垒，创新体制机制，获得持久竞争优势。三、本课程研究的目的通过自己的亲身经历，见证改革开放的近20 年自主品牌汽车制造的代表长城汽车所经历战略的转型、组织和管理的变革，战略和管理如何一步一步落地的，这些举措对经营是如何支撑的？本课题除对汽车行业的精益思想提供有实际意义的方案外，也可以对制造业精益思想提供有借鉴意义的方案。四、预期成果1. 通过对公司日常工作总结，遴选出支持经营结果的活动，探究公司的精益模式。2. 将精益思想模式进行总结，希望给其它制造企业予以借鉴。
