Most small and medium-sized enterprises take listing as their development goal at one stage, but due to unreasonable equity design and loopholes in the initial stage, they are swallowed up and disappeared by others on the road of development. Reasonable equity design can attract high-quality resources and solve corporate problems. Through equity incentives, core talents can be inseparable from the company‘s development. Dynamic equity design allows the company to dynamically balance the interests of each shareholder. The exit mechanism maximizes the company‘s interests and the interests of each shareholder. Benefit. This topic takes THYC company as the main research body, through analyzing the equity structure of the enterprise, to carry out a more reasonable equity design, to explore the equity structure suitable for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and to provide theoretical guidance and systematic solutions for future corporate governance and equity adjustment. In the research on the ownership structure design of THYC company, this paper firstly studies the relevant theoretical basis and literature review, and obtains enlightenment from it, and then conducts case analysis through the research of benchmarking companies to find out the lessons that can be used for reference, and then analyzes the status quo of THYC company‘s ownership. , put forward the existing problems, through the theory and case study inspiration, design THYC company in four aspects: distribution principle, founder equity, dynamic adjustment mechanism and equity incentives, and finally formulate a guarantee mechanism for equity implementation, so that equity design can be effective landing.
