In the past 10 years, with the widespread application of financial technology in the financial field, new financial products and service formats have emerged one after another. All parties in the financial industry chain attach more importance to the full-process transformation of their service systems, and carry out changes in product services, business processes, management models, and user experience. In such a context, consumer credit business has exploded in growth, and the corresponding non-performing loan asset size has rapidly increased. Through U-shaped thinking, it explores the key issues that the company needs to solve and formulates an action plan. By building technological capabilities and innovating business models, the company has created its core competitiveness and achieved standardized management of business operations and significant economic benefits.
