摘要

当谈到农业经济时,农业被视为国家经济的基础。在全球经济发展的大背景下,农业的重要性在发达和发展中国家都不可撼动。农业保险在保障农业的稳步发展方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。因此,各国都在加大本国农业保险事业的投入,中国也不例外。随着科技的不断进步,大数据、人工智能、区块链技术、物联网、云计算等技术的出现,科技对于农业保险领域的影响也越来越大,为农业保险领域带来了全新的发展机遇。特别是区块链技术的出现,恰好可以解决农业保险中存在的信任问题、风险评估困难问题和理赔繁琐等问题。因此,将区块链技术应用于农业保险领域,尤其是农场综合保险领域,具有重要意义。本文使用文献综述法、访谈法和案例分析法探究了区块链技术应用于农场综合保险的体系。通过阐述农业的重要性,农业保险和区块链技术的概念定义、发展历史以及现状研究,发现区块链技术已经在农业保险领域得到了一定的应用。同时提出了应用区块链技术创新型农场综合保险的解决方案。通过访谈案例分析,该方案将潜在的农场风险全覆盖在农场综合保险下,并通过智能合约,当农场实际收入低于约定收入时自动触发赔付。农场综合保险方案紧扣农场关心的核心问题——农场实际收入。该方案删繁就简,便于理赔和计算。在农场实际收入高于农场约定收入时,不需要对自然灾害风险、人员风险、财产风险、农机综合风险导致的损失赔付。这种创新型农场综合保险符合农业发展的需求,农场非常渴望能够得到这种综合性农场保险,农场这种强烈需求必将大幅提高农场综合保险的市场占有率。尽管目前没有基于区块链技术的完善的农场综合保险产品,但基于区块链技术对农场综合保险理论的探索和保险产品设计可以发挥出区块链技术的独特价值。区块链技术可以让农场综合保险的购买成本降低、各种风险全面覆盖、赔付及时高效、产品可定制性增加以及全过程透明度可信度增加。基于区块链技术的使用,创新型农场综合保险将使农场和保险公司双双受益。农场将得到更全面的保障,降低了农场经营风险,提高了农业生产的可持续性。保险公司将通过智能合约和区块链技术实现高效的理赔和管理,降低操作成本,提高客户满意度和市场竞争力。因此,基于区块链技术的创新型农场综合保险可以说是中国农业发展的必然选择,有望为农业保险市场带来积极的影响。

When it comes to agricultural economy, agriculture is considered the foundation of national economy. In the context of global economic development, the importance of agriculture is unshakable in both developed and developing countries. Agricultural insurance plays a crucial role in ensuring the steady development of agriculture. Therefore, countries are increasing their investment in their own agricultural insurance industries, and China is no exception. With the continuous progress of technology, the emergence of technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, the Internet of Things, and cloud computing has had an increasingly significant impact on the field of agricultural insurance, bringing new development opportunities to the field. In particular, the emergence of blockchain technology can precisely address the trust issue, risk assessment difficulties, and complex claims settlement issues that exist in agricultural insurance. Therefore, the application of blockchain technology in the field of agricultural insurance, especially in the field of farm comprehensive insurance, is of great significance.This article uses literature review, interview method, and case analysis method to explore the application of blockchain technology in integrated farm insurance. By elucidating the importance of agriculture, the concepts, development history, and current research of agricultural insurance and blockchain technology, it is found that blockchain technology has been applied in the field of agricultural insurance to a certain extent. Meanwhile, a solution for innovative integrated farm insurance using blockchain technology is proposed. Through interview and case analysis, this solution covers potential farm risks under integrated farm insurance and automatically triggers compensation through smart contracts when actual farm income falls below the agreed income. This integrated farm insurance solution focuses on the core issue of actual farm income, is concise and easy for claim settlement and calculation. When actual farm income exceeds the agreed income, no compensation is needed for losses caused by natural disaster risks, personnel risks, property risks, and comprehensive risks of agricultural machinery. This innovative integrated farm insurance meets the needs of agricultural development, and farms are eager to have this comprehensive farm insurance, which will significantly increase the market share of integrated farm insurance. Although there are currently no perfect integrated farm insurance products based on blockchain technology, the exploration of integrated farm insurance theory and insurance product design based on blockchain technology can leverage the unique value of blockchain technology. Blockchain technology can reduce the purchasing cost of integrated farm insurance, provide comprehensive coverage of various risks, ensure timely and efficient compensation, increase product customization, and enhance end-to-end transparency and credibility. With the use of blockchain technology, innovative integrated farm insurance will benefit both farms and insurance companies. Farms will receive more comprehensive protection, reduce operational risks, and improve the sustainability of agricultural production. Insurance companies will achieve efficient claims settlement and management through smart contracts and blockchain technology, reducing operational costs and improving customer satisfaction and market competitiveness. Therefore, innovative integrated farm insurance based on blockchain technology can be seen as an inevitable choice for the development of agriculture in China, and is expected to bring positive impacts to the agricultural insurance market.
