家族企业的传承一直以来是国内民营家族企业比较关注的问题。尤其是在传承期如何通过合理的战略调整及配套举措实现企业传承的平稳过渡及奠定未来发展基础,值得深入研究。本人认为家族企业的传承目标应是在保障家族团结与家族企业平稳过渡的前提下,在保证家族对企业所有权控制的基础上,通过系列组织变革推动家族企业成为职业化的现代管理企业。本文通过对家族企业传承过程面临的外部环境及内部存在的组织、财务及人力资源限制情况进行深入分析,结合家族企业代际传承、产权与激励理论及组织革新相关理论的指导,分析采取计划式结构性变革方式,借助现代化财务思维、股权变革、有限合伙企业等家族治理、公司治理方面及人力资源培育与发展革新、全员共享创新激励的思路提升企业管理水平,研究提出家族成员在企业传承中的规范性、传承性以及职业经理人的股权激励解决方案,最终为成蜀公司实现成功传承探索出路径及保障措施
