摘要

随着信息技术的发展,为了“降低交易成本、提高经营效益”,家居企业纷纷拥抱信息化,希望借助物联网技术实现弯道超车。智能家居作为家居产业物联网化的一种,备受消费者的喜爱,市场上也出现了很多的智能家居产品和服务。但是我国智能家居也暴露出来不少问题,如智能家居系统整体智能性体现不足,所以仍需对智能家居产业的发展进行深入研究。本文通过研究相关文献,从生命周期理论、主导产业理论等入手,结合物联网技术的演进历史及其在相关产业的应用,来研判智能家居产业的发展趋势。本文认为物联网技术在推进家居制造业生产的标准化、经营的协同化、产业链的信息共享等方面具有积极的意义;在消费端,基于不同的应用场景,智能化的家居产品组合在满足消费者日常消费需求的同时,通过对不同产品接收到的数据进行深度分析,就能够满足消费者在精神及物质层面深层次的潜在需求。但由于产业政策及物联网技术的限制,家居产业的智能化发展也存在较多的问题,从市场角度看,表现为市场的分散和产品通信协议的不兼容;从技术角度看,表现为关键技术的缺失;就规模化制造来说,表现为出货量较低,消费环境的不成熟;具体到产品层面,则是智能化功能单一且价格高昂。然后以米家智能这个案例结合本文研究的具体内容,从产业发展现状、产品存在的问题、产业面临的困局及亟需突破的方向等进行详细的分析论述。最后,本文通过理论与案例相结合方式,从市场管理主体、市场经济环境及市场经营主体三个方面进行系统分析,并提出相关的建议政策促进家居产业的智能化发展。

With the development of information technology, household enterprises have embraced information technology in order to “reduce transaction costs and improve business efficiency”. They hope to achieve curve overtaking with the Internet of Things. Smart home, a kind of the home furnishing industry with Internet of Things, has been accepted by consumers. There are many smart home products and services in the market. However, China’s smart home also exposes many problems, such as insufficient intelligence of whole smart home system, so it is still necessary to further research on the development of smart home industry.This paper studied the development trend of smart home industry through relevant literature, starting from the life cycle theory, leading industry theory, and combining the evolution history of Internet of Things and its application in related industries. In the paper, it is believed that the Internet of Things has a positive significance in promoting the standardization of household manufacturing production, business collaboration and information sharing of the industrial chain, etc; at the consumer end, based on different application scenarios, the intelligent household product portfolio can not only meet the daily consumption needs of consumers, but also meet the potential needs of consumers at the spiritual and material levels through in-depth analysis of data received by different products. However, due to the restrictions of industrial policies and the Internet of Things, there are also big problems in the intelligent development of the home furnishing industry. From the market perspective, it is the dispersion of the market and the incompatibility of product communication protocols; From the technology perspective, it is lack of key technologies; For large-scale manufacturing, it is characterized by low shipment and immature consumption environment; At the product level, the intelligent functions are single and expensive. Then, based on the case of Mijia Intelligence, this paper discussed the current situation of industry development, the problems of products, the difficulties faced by the industry and the directions that need to be broken through. Finally, through the combination of theory and case, this paper discussed the three aspects of market management subject, market economic environment and market operation subject and puts forward relevant suggestions and policies.
