以大数据、人工智能为代表的新兴数字化技术改变了人们生产、生活方式,同时孕育了数字化经济的宏伟蓝图。制造业作为我国经济的支柱性产业,在当前的供给侧改革、国际大环境恶劣等背景下面临着转型升级的迫切需要。传统的制造业企业在新技术和新发展理念的冲击下进行数字化和智能化改造是顺应时代发展和应对国际形势挑战的必然选择。本文在对制造业转型升级相关文献的研究基础上,重点研究了电力装备制造业的转型升级路径与企业绩效。本文将远东电缆有限公司作为案例分析对象,通过对其数字化转型路径的重点分析和归纳,从工业流程设计、智能化生产、数字化管理三个方面展示了电缆企业的智能制造升级以及数字化转型过程。其次,本文通过运用多种理论,包括组织变革、技术创新、流程再造和产业融合,深入探讨了企业实施数字化转型的可能性和影响因素。最后,应用 BSC 企业绩效评价体系、因子分析法对该企业的数字化转型对企业绩效的影响进行分析总结。研究结果显示电力设备制造业的智能化改造对企业在不同维度的绩效都有着明显的提升效果,同时还对企业的外部市场渗透率的提升有着明显的作用。本研究对中国电力装备制造业的数字化转型升级做出了有益尝试,但本文内容仍存在着适用性和普遍性的缺陷,希望未来可以有更多的理论和实践基础做支撑,为我国电力装备制造业的发展提供更多启示。
The new digital technologies represented by big data and artificial intelligence have changed how people produce and live. At the same time, they have bred a grand blueprint for the digital economy. Manufacturing industry is a national pillar industry, however manufacturing industry is facing the urgent need for transformation and upgrading under the current supply-side reform and the poor international environment. Traditional manufacturing enterprises face the impact of new technologies and new development concepts, so digital and intelligent transformation is an inevitable choice to meet the development of the times and the challenges of the international situation.This paper focuses on the transformation and upgrading path and enterprise performance of the power equipment manufacturing industry based on the literature research on the manufacturing industry‘s transformation and upgrading. This paper will select Far Eastern Cable Co., Ltd. as the object of the case study. Firstly, through the critical analysis and generalization of its digital transformation path, it shows the digital transformation process of the cable enterprise from three aspects: industrial process design, intelligent production, and digital management. Secondly, this paper uses a variety of theories, including organizational change, technological innovation, process reengineering and industrial integration, to deeply explore the possibility and influencing factors of enterprises‘ implementation of Digital transformation. Finally, this paper summarizes the impact of digital transformation on the performance of the enterprise by then applying the BSC and factor analysis.The study results show that the intelligent transformation of the power equipment manufacturing industry has a significant effect on the company‘s performance in different dimensions and also on the increase of the external market penetration of the company. This study has made a valuable attempt to upgrade the digital transformation of China‘s electric power equipment manufacturing industry. However, the content of this study still has shortcomings in applicability and universality. There may be a more theoretical and practical basis to support the future development of China‘s electric power equipment manufacturing industry.
