未来技术学院作为新工科建设的核心内容之一,其重要性不言而喻。然而,有关未来技术学院校企合作方面案例研究仍然较少,不利于进一步开展未来技术学院校企合作研究。本文以教学四要素论和利益相关者理论为基础,通过案例探究未来技术学院校企合作模式,为未来技术学院校企合作建设提供较为系统的建议。首先,通过文献梳理,本研究以案例的形式呈现了斯坦福大学、巴黎高科技工程师学校集团、滑铁卢大学的校企合作情况,并利用教学四要素论分析其成功的经验,为未来技术学院的校企合作模式提供国外经验借鉴。其次,本研究选取天津大学未来技术学院、北京航空航天大学未来空天技术学院、华中科技大学未来技术学院为案例,对学院负责人、企业负责人、学生分别开展半结构化访谈获取一手资料,并结合网上调研,利用教学四要素理论对3所未来技术学院的校企合作模式进行系统性分析。再次,基于未来技术学院校企合作模式的实际情况,在利益相关者视角和未来技术领军人才培养的特点上,结合3所国外院校的校企合作成功经验,本研究尝试提出未来技术学院校企合作模式的探索性建议。最后,本研究对未来技术学院校企合作形成了以下发现。第一,未来技术学院校企合作借助“双师型导师团队”进行推进,且导师团队学科背景越来越丰富,但其内部存在教师权益分配不清晰的问题。第二,未来技术学院的个性化培养有利于培养未来技术领军人才,但在实践中存在学生课业过重的现象,这不利于校企合作的开展。第三,是未来技术学院在校企合作中十分注重交叉类课程的开展,但相关课程教材存在更新滞后问题。第四,未来技术学院通过校企合作创造出了行业资源丰富的教学环境。
As one of the core contents of the construction of new engineering disciplines, the importance of School of Future Technology is self-evident. However, there are still relatively few case studies on the cooperation between universities and enterprises in the School of Future Technology, which is not conducive to further research on the cooperation between universities and enterprises in the School of Future Technology. This article is based on the theory of the four elements of teaching and stakeholder theory and explores the model of School of Future Technology school enterprise cooperation through case studies, providing systematic suggestions for the construction of future technology college school enterprise cooperation.Firstly, through literature review, this study presents the cooperation between Stanford University, the Paris High tech Engineering School Group, and the University of Waterloo in the form of case studies and analyzes their successful experiences using the teaching four element theory, providing foreign experience for future models of school enterprise cooperation in technical colleges.Secondly, this study selected the School of Future Technology at Tianjin University, the School of Future Aerospace Technology at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and the School of Future Technology at Huazhong University of Science and Technology as case studies. Semi structured interviews were conducted with the school leaders, enterprise leaders, and students to obtain first-hand information. Combined with online research, a systematic analysis was conducted on the school enterprise cooperation models of the three future technology colleges using the teaching four element theory.Once again, based on the actual situation of the school enterprise cooperation model of the School of Future Technology, from the perspective of stakeholders and the characteristics of future technology leader talent cultivation, combined with the successful experience of school enterprise cooperation of three foreign universities, this study attempts to propose exploratory suggestions for the school enterprise cooperation model of the School of Future Technology.Finally, this study made the following findings regarding the future cooperation between schools and enterprises in the School of Technology. Firstly, in the future, the cooperation between the School of Technology and the enterprise will mainly be promoted through the "double qualified mentor team", and the mentor team‘s disciplinary background is becoming increasingly diverse, but there is a problem of unclear allocation of teacher rights and interests within it. Secondly, the personalized training of School of Future Technology is beneficial for cultivating future technology leading talents, but in practice, there is a phenomenon of students‘ heavy workload, which is not conducive to the development of school enterprise cooperation. Thirdly, School of Future Technology places great emphasis on the development of cross disciplinary courses in school enterprise cooperation, but there is a lag in updating relevant course materials. Fourthly, School of Future Technology has created a teaching environment rich in industry resources through school enterprise cooperation.
