盈利模式是在企业价值链环节下形成的利益和业绩表现，并跟随市场环境和战略发展目标所逐步形成的特有的赖以盈利的业务模式和商业结构。稳定健康的盈利模式能维持企业良好的业绩表现和持续长久的发展，而且能维护所有者的权益，能影响企业的未来发展方向和经营目标。基于亚德里安的理论基础研究，盈利模式核心要素构成包含“盈利来源、盈利点、盈利对象、盈利杠杆、盈利屏障”的五大核心要素。云计算产业作为一种新型的IT基础设施将进一步渗透到各行各业中，在工业制造、医药卫生、教学、电力、交通运输、金融服务、旅游、地方政务等领域，都有可能成为云计算普及应用的目标,因此找到适合云计算产业长期稳定发展的盈利模式尤为重要，能够促进云计算产业的健康发展。本文以国内领先的云服务厂商AL公司现阶段的盈利模式作为研究对象，在剖析云计算产业的商业模式基础上结合财务业绩报告数据以及企业业务战略规划角度，对AL公司当前的盈利模式进行研究，以寻找出其目前的盈利点、盈利来源、盈利对象、盈利杠杆及盈利屏障核心要素实质。AL公司云计算业务盈利模式的优越性在于盈利点的产品结构配置，包括重资产投入的IaaS产品已产生规模效应，高毛利的PaaS、SaaS产品也抢占了国内大部分市场份额，同时AL云凭借技术的自研优势构建了盈利屏障，为盈利模式的持续性建立了稳定的保证。但是AL公司仍与全球排名第一的云计算公司有一定差距，需要在盈利对象、盈利点结构和成本费用管控能力以及盈利屏障上找到盈利模式优化和改进的路径。本文的研究将为云服务厂商提供一个新的视角，对云服务厂商的未来盈利策略方向、实现长远发展给出可参考性的路径建议，同时也希望通过本文的研究，能起到抛砖引玉的作用，引发对云服务厂商的商业模式和盈利模型的进一步思考和讨论，探讨云服务厂商的未来长期发展方向。
The profit model is the business model and business structure that rely on to make profits, which is the performance of enterprise interests under the structure of enterprise value chain and gradually formed in the market competition. The robustness of the profit model can guarantee the cash flow of the enterprise, protect the rights and interests of investors, which avoid the company from entering the wrong zone of blind expansion, and also can affect the future development trend of the enterprise. The profit model structure based on value creation includes five elements of "profit source, profit point, profit object, profit lever and profit barrier". As a new IT infrastructure, cloud computing will further penetrate into all walks of life. It is likely to become the object of cloud computing popularization and application in industrial manufacturing, health care, education, energy, transportation, finance, tourism, government and other fields. It is particularly important to find the right profit modelThis article takes the profit model of AL Company as the research object. Based on analyzing the business model of the cloud computing industry, combined with financial reporting data and business strategy perspectives, it studies the current profit model of AL Company to find out its current profit points, profit sources, profit targets, profit leverage, and profit barriers. The advantage of AL‘s profit model lies in the product structure configuration of profit points, including the scale effect of IaaS products with heavy asset investment, and the high gross profit PaaS and SaaS products have also grabbed most of the domestic market share. At the same time, AL Cloud has built a profit barrier with its own research advantages in technology, establishing a stable guarantee for the sustainability of the profit model. However, AL Company still has a certain gap with the world‘s top cloud computing company, and needs to find ways to optimize and improve its profit model in terms of profit targets, profit point structure, cost and expense control capabilities, and profit barriers.In the meantime, it is also hoped that it can play a role in attracting jade through the research in this paper, triggering further thinking and discussion on the business model and profit model of cloud service providers, and exploring the future long-term development direction of cloud service providers.
