摘要

近些年来,在经济快速发展和全球经济一体化的趋势下,企业碳排放导致的气候变化已经成为共识,世界各国都制定了关于碳达峰、碳中和的计划和完成目标。在中国的经济建设和发展过程中,汽车制造业毫无疑问是国家重点支柱产业之一,占据非常重要的地位。然而,经济的快速发展带来的环境问题不断给汽车行业带来更高的挑战和要求,二氧化碳气体排放增加,对整个人类的生命系统造成巨大威胁。而且汽车产业的供应链具有链条长、复杂性高以及管理难度大等特点。因此,如何实现整车制造企业的绿色可持续发展成为非常重要的课题。本文通过对整车制造企业绿色供应链绩效评价与优化进行深入研究,基于现有的研究成果,更新并建立了更加完善的整车制造企业供应商绩效评价体系,建立绩效评价模型。该体系利用层次分析法和德尔菲法,结合系统性、全面性、可操作性及定性指标和定量指标相结合的原则,定义一级评价指标、二级评价指标,并赋予评价指标权重系数。该评价体系的建立,成为实施绿色供应链绩效评价过程中更加全面和专业的理论支撑。同时,本文利用建立的评价指标体系,对B公司的407家供应商实施了绿色度绩效评价实证研究。研究过程中,获取绩效评价数据,并利用专业软件对数据进行多维度分析和验证,再利用数学方法进行求解分析并实施绩效优化研究。通过该方法来归纳总结供应商的共性问题并进行有针对性的优化,供应商绩效优化提升成果显著。再次,通过理论和实证研究过程,建立了整车制造企业绿色供应链绩效评价及优化管理流程,实现了覆盖全生命周期管理的规范化流程体系;建立了智能信息化系统平台,实现动态信息交互,提升管理效率,不断增强企业绿色供应链管理能力,提升企业综合竞争力。

In recent years, with rapid economic development and global economic integration, the climate change caused by enterprise carbon emissions has become a consensus. Every country has made targets for carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality. There is no doubt that the automobile industry plays a significant role in China’s economic development. However, the environmental problems brought by the rapid economic development constantly bring higher challenges and requirements to the automobile industry. The increase of carbon dioxide emissions poses a great threat to the whole human life system. The supply chain of automobile industry is with long chain, high complexity and difficulty to be managed. Therefore, how to realize the green sustainable development of automobile manufacturing enterprises has become a very important topic.The performance evaluation and optimization of green supply chain in automobile manufacturer are deeply studied. Based on the existing research results, an updated version of performance evaluation system with the combination of qualitative and quantitative indicators is established. Meanwhile, this paper carried out an empirical performance evaluation study on 407 suppliers of Company B with support of professional software and big data analysis. The performance optimization improved significantly.The green supply chain performance evaluation and optimization management process based on theoretical and empirical research process is established, which can cover whole life cycle process of vehicle management. An intelligent information system platform has been established to realize end-to-end dynamic information interaction. All the actions above lead to a higher level of green supply chain management and enterprises‘ comprehensive competitiveness.
