我国高速轨道列车(下文简称高铁)在技术与运营方面已经逐步走向成熟。高速、准时是我国高铁最具竞争力的体验优势。但随近些年国民消费水平逐渐提高,乘客越来越多地关注高铁的舒适性与价值体验。本文选取高铁列车的商务舱作为设计研究对象,展现乘车情景体验的更多可能性。作为概念设计为一等座二等座提供参考。本研究以体验设计相关理论作为支撑,归纳整理了学界主流的体验设计相关理论后,尝试分析现有高铁设计案例中体验设计理论的应用方式。提出在高铁内饰设计中引入体验设计的方法和流程。将唐·诺曼的情感体验设计理论模型映射在高铁内饰设计中。研究将情感设计三层次模型中的本能层、行为层、反思层分别对应于高铁体验中的感知体验、情景体验与价值体验。价值体验层聚焦于体验概念,情景体验注重于体验故事,而感知体验关注空间的调性与表层设计。在设计研究中,作者依照理论模型的层级关系开展了自下而上(由感知到价值)的设计调研与需求洞察,并基于调研结果自上而下(由价值到感知)地定义了新产品的设计方向。并在研究中采用了环境心理学、人机工学等相关知识对列车空间进行了分析规划。在设计实践中作者以理论模型作为底层逻辑,以调研得到的结果作为需求,围绕“移动客厅”的体验概念打造新的列车内饰空间。为不同的高铁乘客群体设计了灵活多样的空间形式。新的设计有更加亲和的空间氛围,和更丰富的出行情景体验,在满足功能与舒适性的基础上提升了用户乘车的价值体验,重塑中国高铁列车的形象。文中对新设计的服务形式和商业可行性做了简要阐述,为高铁内饰空间创新提供了新的参考方向。
China high-speed rail have gradually matured in terms of technology and operation. High speed and punctuality are the most competitive experience advantages of high-speed rail. However, with the gradual improvement of the national consumption level in recent years, passengers are paying more and more attention to the ride comfort and value experience of high-speed rail. This paper selects the business class of high-speed rail trains as the design research object, which can cover more experience scenarios and provide a reference for first-class and second-class seats as a conceptual design.This research is based on the related theory of experience design. After summarizing the mainstream experience design related theories, the author tries to analyze the application of experience design theory in existing high-speed rail design cases, and proposes a method to introduce experience design theory into high-speed rail interior design. Applying Donald Arthur Norman‘s emotional experience design theory model to high-speed rail interior designThe author maps the “Reflective”, “Behavioral”, “Visceral” in the emotional design model to the “perceptual experience”, “scenario experience”, and “value experience” in high-speed rail design. The “value experience” focuses on the experience concept, the “scenario experience” focuses on the experience story, and the “perceptual experience” focuses on the decoration. In the research, the author investigated the experience needs of high-speed rail travel according to the hierarchical relationship of the theoretical model, and defined the direction of high-speed rail experience design. The author uses relevant knowledge of environmental psychology and ergonomics to re-plan the train space.The author creates a new train interior space with the experience concept of "mobile living room", and designs flexible and diverse space forms for different passenger groups. The new design has a warmer atmosphere and more scenario experiences, reshaping the image of China high-speed rail trains. In this paper, the author briefly expounds the service form and commercial feasibility of the new design, which provides a new reference direction for the innovation of high-speed rail interior space.
