近年来,数字化技术不断创新发展,物流与供应链企业正加快探索科技驱动下的业务与产业变革升级,以实现供应链一体化、韧性化发展。但目前新技术与供应链行业融合应用还处于初级阶段,如何打造系统化科技支撑体系生态、如何创新技术应用与服务模式等问题还有待深化研究。京东物流集团搭建了较为完整的供应链科技生态体系,具备行业一流的供应链一体化、韧性化服务能力。因此,基于京东物流集团目前的科技建设和供应链管理实践,对科技驱动下京东物流一体化供应链韧性管理实践进行系统研究,将为物流与供应链行业提供技术应用新范式,促进行业智慧化转型和服务能力提升,有助于保障国家产业链供应链稳定以及应急体系建设,具有很强的现实指导价值和理论研究意义。本文基于科技驱动下京东物流一体化供应链韧性管理的实践研究,围绕“如何提供一体化、韧性化的供应链服务,如何搭建支撑一体化供应链韧性管理的科技体系,如何在一体化供应链韧性管理具体场景中实现科技应用落地”三大核心问题,主要研究内容与成果包括四个方面:第一,基于国内外研究和企业探索实践现状,结合PEST、SWOT和波特五力分析理论模型,从技术体系构建、业务流程优化、组织模式创新、应用场景引领等维度总结了管理方法,延伸拓展了一体化供应链韧性管理的理论方法体系;第二,通过梳理京东供应链业务发展现状、业务运作模式、基础网络布局、核心服务体系,创新提出了包含多主体合作共建、多中心协同运作、多仓库标准建设、多方案实施应用在内的一体化供应链韧性发展管理模式;第三,通过分析总结京东物流在数字基建、算法中台、决策平台、业务集成等技术的研发与应用情况,系统构建了包含数字化供应链新基建、模块化供应链算法中台、智慧化供应链决策平台、集成化供应链业务技术在内的一体化供应链韧性管理的科技支撑体系;第四,通过具体分析京东物流在电商大促、自然灾害、新冠疫情三大典型场景中的供应链服务案例,研究各项技术在解决方案中的应用方式与功能效果,设计制定了一体化供应链韧性管理中的技术应用方案。
In recent years, digital technology has continued to innovate and develop, and logistics and supply chain enterprises are accelerating the exploration of technology-driven business and industrial transformation and upgrading to achieve supply chain integration and resilient development. However, the integration and application of new technologies with the supply chain industry is still at a preliminary stage, and issues such as how to create a systematic science and technology support system ecology and how to innovate technology application and service models are yet to be further studied. JD Logistics Group has built a relatively complete supply chain technology ecosystem and has the industry‘s first-class supply chain integration and resilience service capability. Therefore, it is of great practical and theoretical significance to conduct a systematic study on the integrated supply chain resilience management of JD Logistics Group driven by science and technology.This paper focuses on the three core issues of "how to provide integrated and resilient supply chain services, how to build a technology system to support integrated supply chain resilience management, and how to implement technology applications in specific scenarios of integrated supply chain resilience management", and the main research content and results include four aspects. Firstly, based on the current situation of domestic and international research and practice, we expanded the theoretical approach of integrated supply chain resilience management. Secondly, by sorting out JD‘s supply chain business operation model, infrastructure network layout, and core service system, we propose a management model for integrated supply chain resilience development. Third, by summarizing JD‘s digital new infrastructure, modular algorithmic middle platform, intelligent decision-making platform and integrated business technology, we systematically built a supply chain technology support system. Fourth, by analyzing the service cases of JD Logistics in e-commerce promotion, natural disasters, and new crown epidemic scenarios, we proposed new technology application solutions.
