中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于推动城乡建设绿色发展的意见》中关于城市建设方面提出了保护城市山体自然风貌、加强城市公园和绿地建设、增加公共活动空间、鼓励与城镇老旧小区改造和推动建筑信息模型深化应用等具体要求。论文将以上摘取的具体要求归纳为城市山体自然风貌保护,城市绿色建设和风景园林信息模型应用三个方面,围绕广州市白云山风景名胜区从这三个方面对其进行了综合分析和描述。 在城市山体自然风貌保护方面,进行了大尺度的市域层面研究,分析了白云山的地理位置和历史背景,使用GIS分析进行了基本的地形分析和详细描述,还进行了土地利用变化分析和生态敏感性分析,深入挖掘和发现了白云山风景名胜区在城市山体自然生态风貌保护中存在的问题,通过因子叠加研究发现在白云山风景名胜区南麓存在的问题最为典型和突出。 研究通过对白云山南麓片区的三个典型地块进行现状分析,在设计过程中充分利用绿色发展的理念,使用风景园林信息模型作为工具,分别对公共活动空间、云台花园和金贵村进行了景观设计。提出提升公园品质,增加绿地空间、优化交通秩序,连接南北景区、整理社区设施,发展旅游经济和重现记忆场所,突显花城特色的策略。在设计上增加了步行空间,设计优化调整了绿地和道路的关系,扩宽了人行道的面积,解决了人行道过窄和人车混行的问题;缓解了割裂问题,将原有的天桥置换成景观花桥,增加了桥体的长度,引导人们从麓湖到白云山南麓,缓解南北景区割裂问题;完善了步道体系,增加南部山体步道建设,结合花桥连接各个景点,完成步道的串联,完善白云山风景名胜区步道体系。并且在云台花园方案设计中应用了风景园林信息模型的方式处理设计问题。通过技术应用精准的还原了原始场地的地形,通过地形分析和细致规划,能够准确把握场地特点,合理布局景观元素和功能区域,提供更好的游览体验。 最后,文章总结了研究成果和不足之处,并对未来的研究进行了展望。本文的研究为绿色发展背景下的城市山体自然生态风貌保护、城市绿色建设和风景园林信息模型应用提供了建议。
The "Opinions on Promoting Green Development in Urban and Rural Construction" issued by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council put forward specific requirements for urban construction, including protecting the natural landscape of urban mountains, strengthening the construction of urban parks and green spaces, increasing public activity spaces, encouraging the transformation of old neighborhoods in towns, and promoting the deep application of building information modeling. This paper summarizes the specific requirements mentioned above into three aspects: protection of the natural landscape of urban mountains, green urban construction, and the application of landscape architecture information modeling. It comprehensively analyzes and describes the Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area in Guangzhou from these three aspects. Regarding the protection of the natural landscape of urban mountains, the study conducted a large-scale research at the city level, analyzing the geographical location and historical background of Baiyun Mountain. GIS analysis was used for basic terrain analysis and detailed description, as well as land use change analysis and ecological sensitivity analysis. It deeply explored and identified the issues in the protection of the natural ecological landscape of Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area, and found that the problems in the southern foothills of the area were the most typical and prominent through factor superposition analysis. The research conducted a current situation analysis on three typical plots in the southern foothills of Baiyun Mountain. In the design process, the concept of green development was fully utilized, and the landscape architecture information modeling was used as a tool to design the public activity space, Yuntai Garden, and Jingui Village. Strategies were proposed to enhance the quality of the park, increase green space, optimize traffic order, connect the northern and southern scenic areas, improve community facilities, promote tourism economy, and recreate memory sites, highlighting the characteristics of the City of Flowers. In terms of design, pedestrian spaces were added, and the relationship between green spaces and roads was optimized. The area of sidewalks was widened to address the issues of narrow pedestrian paths and mixed traffic. The fragmentation issue was alleviated by replacing the original pedestrian bridge with a scenic flower bridge, increasing the length of the bridge, guiding people from Luhu to the southern foothills of Baiyun Mountain, and mitigating the division between the northern and southern scenic areas. The trail system was improved by adding trails in the southern mountain area and connecting various attractions with the flower bridge, completing the connection of trails and improving the trail system of the Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area. Additionally, the landscape architecture information modeling was applied in the design process of Yuntai Garden to address design issues. Through precise technological application, the original terrain of the site was accurately restored. Through terrain analysis and meticulous planning, the characteristics of the site can be accurately understood, and the layout of landscape elements and functional areas can be rationalized, providing a better visiting experience. Finally, the paper summarized the research findings and shortcomings and provided prospects for future research. This study provides suggestions for the protection of the natural ecological landscape of urban mountains, green urban construction, and the application of landscape architecture information modeling under the background of green development.
