摘要

分子筛变压吸附制氧法是一种利用分子筛在高压环境下对氮气和氧气的吸附差异从而实现空气分离得到高浓度氧气的方式,具有浓度高、周期短、规模小、可循环等特点,适合应用于便携式制氧机的制作。本研究基于变压吸附原理,设计并制造了一款应用于超高海拔的可穿戴便携式制氧机,并前往海拔5013m的西藏米拉山口进行实地性能测试,验证本制氧机对于缓解超高海拔地区人群缺氧问题具有显著效果。本研究的主要工作内容如下:(1)设计并搭建了一个高吸附性能的变压吸附回路。摸索适用于本系统的最佳工艺时间,设计并探究出吸附性能最佳的分子筛配方与吸附管尺寸参数。在平原地区可制造3L/min 的90%以上浓度的氧气,在海拔5000地区可提供3L/min 以上的氧气量。(2)整机轻量化便携性设计。简化变压吸附回路,优化堆叠装配方案,最终整机重量为7.25kg,外观尺寸为245*306*350mm,在平原上续航时间为60分钟,在海拔5000米高原的上续航时间为47分钟。(3)在超高海拔地区实验中表明对用户缺氧状况缓解具有显著效果。在超高海拔地区使用本研究所开发的制氧机3分钟后,用户的血氧浓度明显上升,心率明显降低。在海拔3000~5000米高原静息实验中,用户吸氧3分钟后血氧浓度均能恢复到90%以上。运动实验也证明用户使用本制氧机后血氧浓度具有更良好的恢复能力。目前市面上暂无产品可同时满足本文研发的制氧机所达到的性能指标。本产品在超高海拔地区具有广阔的应用前景,为超高海拔地区用户在户外自由活动30分钟提供十分有效的供氧保障。

Molecular sieve pressure swing adsorption oxygen production method is a way to realize air separation to obtain high concentration oxygen by making use of the difference of molecular sieve adsorption of nitrogen and oxygen under high-pressure environment. It has the characteristics of high concentration, short cycle, small scale, recyclability, etc., and is suitable for production of portable oxygen concentrator.Base on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, this research designed and manufactured a wearable portable oxygen concentrator for use at ultra-high altitude, and went to the Mila Mountain Pass at Tibet at an altitude of 5013 meters to conduct field perform test, verifying that oxygen concentrator has significant effect on alleviating the problem of hypoxia in people at ultra-high altitude. The main work of this study is as follow:A pressure swing adsorption circuit with high adsorption performance was designed and constructed. Explore the optimal process time applicable to this system, design and explore the molecular sieve formula and adsorption tube size parameters with the best adsorption performance. More than 90% oxygen concentration of 3L//min can be produced in plain areas, and more than 3L/min oxygen can be provided in areas with an altitude of 5000.Lightweight and portable design for the entire machine. Simplify the pressure swing adsorption circuit and optimize the stacking assembly plan. The final weight of the entire machine is 7.25kg, with an appearance size of 245×306×350mm. the endurance time on plains is 60 minutes, and the endurance time on 5000 plateaus is 47 minutes.Experiments in ultra-high altitude areas have shown significant effects on alleviating user hypoxia. After using oxygen concentrator developed by our research institute in ultra-high altitude areas for 3 minutes, the user’s blood oxygen concentration significantly increased and their heart rate decreased. In the 3000~5000 rest experiment, the blood oxygen concentration of users can recover to over 90% after 3 minutes of oxygen inhalation. Exercise experiments have also proven that users have batter ability to recover their blood oxygen concentration after using this concentrator.At present, there are no products on the market that can simultaneously meet the performance indicators achieved by the oxygen concentrator developed in this article. This product has broad application prospects in ultra-high altitude areas, providing very effective oxygen supply guarantee for 30 minutes of outdoor free activities for users in ultra-high altitude areas.
