摘要

在西方艺术现代主义历史阶段中,抽象艺术是其在实践和理论方面最重要的视觉成果和理论结晶。中国当代抽象艺术和抽象绘画,在新中国美术阶段,直到改革开放伊始,抽象艺术的相关话题的讨论才渐渐进入人们的视野和学术范畴。抽象艺术渐成声势是在85新潮美术浪潮和现代主义思潮助推下,一些艺术家开始自觉和不自觉的选择抽象艺术语言作为自己学习和探索的方向。经过对语言纯化更理性的认识,中国抽象进入到一个语言自律发展的阶段,语言发展更趋本土化,个性化,但在中国当代艺术众多研究方向中一直并不显著。进入新世纪,在后现代和图像化的时代背景下,更为注重形式语言探索的抽象艺术在各个视觉媒介领域都显示了蓬勃的生机,中国抽象艺术的发展进入到一个爆发期,在艺术家的人数上,展览数量上,作品的质量上都有充分体现。同时在美术教育体系中也越来越被重视,各大艺术院校也在有意识地吸纳和补充抽象艺术教学方面的缺失。因此,对于中国抽象艺术各个层面的学术探讨和研究也需要进一步的加强。本文选择抽象绘画语言作为研究的切入点,梳理并探讨中国当代抽象绘画语言发展的几个主要方向,同时呈现中国当代抽象绘画创作的整体状态。首先是绘画语言自身演进与批判的内在诉求,其次是社会的变革与文化导向的推动,以及从现代到后现代文化转变的影响,从内在和外在驱动了中国抽象艺术语言的发展。本文主要探讨了中国当代抽象绘画语言发展中六个主要探索方向和语言特征,并就其历史背景、内在成因、发展过程及当下现状进行了分析和阐述,这六个方向:一是语言中观念性的强化和多样性追求,二是媒介材料内涵的挖掘和表现力的张扬,三是中国方式在语言中的介入,四是时间与空间新认识在语言中的呈现,五是创作主体行为在语言中的介入与表现性的再造,六是近年几何抽象形式的活跃与多样化处理。在与之相关艺术家个案的艺术实践研究里,通过研究阐述代表性艺术家个性化绘画语言中形式、观念、方式等的突破、演化过程,从艺术家的角度建立一种点的纵向的研究路径,与横向语言形态面的研究相呼应,力求达到一种全方位的研究模式和立体的研究成果。同时希望通过对近二十年当代抽象绘画语言纵向与横向的多角度,多层面的研究,达到对整个抽象艺术及当代艺术的一个整体辐射。使论文不仅局限于语言研究层面,也能兼有更广泛的史学价值。

In the historical stage of Western art modernism, abstract art is the most important visual achievement and theoretical crystallization in practice and theory. Chinese contemporary abstract art and abstract painting, in the new China art stage, until the beginning of reform and opening up, the discussion of relevant topics of abstract art gradually entered people's vision and academic category. With the help of 85 trendy art wave and modernism, some artists began to consciously and unconsciously choose abstract art language as the direction of their study and exploration. After a more rational understanding of language purification, Chinese abstraction has entered a stage of language self-discipline development. Language development is more localized and personalized, but it has not been significant in many research directions of Chinese contemporary art. In the new century, under the background of postmodernism and visualization, abstract art, which pays more attention to the exploration of formal language, has shown vigorous vitality in various visual media fields. The development of Chinese abstract art has entered an explosive period, which is fully reflected in the number of artists, the number of exhibitions and the quality of works. At the same time, it has been paid more and more attention in the art education system, and major art colleges are consciously absorbing and supplementing the deficiencies in abstract art teaching. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen the academic research on all aspects of Chinese abstract art. This paper chooses abstract painting language as the starting point of research, combs and discusses several main directions of the development of Chinese contemporary abstract painting language, and presents the overall state of Chinese contemporary abstract painting creation at the same time.The first is the internal appeal of the evolution and criticism of the painting language itself, the second is the promotion of social change and cultural orientation, as well as the influence of the transformation from modern to post-modern culture, which drives the development of Chinese abstract art language from the inside and outside. This paper mainly discusses six main exploration directions and language characteristics in the development of Chinese contemporary abstract painting language, and analyzes and expounds its historical background, internal causes, development process and current situation. These six directions are: first, the strengthening and pursuit of diversity in language, second, the excavation of the connotation of media materials and the publicity of expressiveness, and third, the intervention of Chinese way in language, The fourth is the presentation of new knowledge of time and space in language, the fifth is the intervention and representation reconstruction of creative subject behavior in language, and the sixth is the active and diversified treatment of geometric abstract forms in recent years. In the artistic practice research of related artist cases, through the research, this paper expounds the breakthrough and evolution process of form, concept and mode in the personalized painting language of representative artists, establishes a point vertical research path from the perspective of artists, echoes with the research of horizontal language form, and strives to achieve an all-round research mode and three-dimensional research results.At the same time, I hope to achieve an overall radiation of the whole abstract art and contemporary art through the vertical and horizontal multi angle and multi-level research of contemporary abstract painting language in recent 20 years. So that the thesis is not only limited to the level of language research, but also has broader historical value.
