摘要

本文主要论述了在河南省洛阳市涧西区洛阳耐火材料厂天车廊桥改造更新项目中,基于分析提出城市公共性综合功能的改造方向,并对老工业建筑的城市公共性综合功能改造策略进行的研究与设计应用。研究基于对项目中老工业区和老工业建筑的充分分析,提出了天车廊桥“城市综合体”的更新策划。老工业建筑具有悠久的历史和独特的空间形式,于老工业区而言,更是城市发展过程的见证,承载地区记忆,也自然是地区城市更新的重点。因而在这类建筑的更新改造中,建筑与城市的关系、建筑在城市中的角色,是必须考虑的要素。文章首先对相关研究进行综述,结合国内外老工业建筑的城市公共综合改造案例,探究老工业建筑改造中的城市公共性因素与常用改造手法;接下来对城市公共性综合功能改造策略进行探究,并对具体项目在时空尺度上展开分析,得出天车廊桥的“城市综合体”更新策划与具体改造策略,将设计策略运用到项目中。更新改造策划充分利用天车廊桥构架,设计为城市性综合公共空间、城市复合功能的有机承载;作为厂区利用、城市更新的种子,活化厂区闲置空间,完善城市功能。本研究旨在通过具体项目中的城市公共性综合功能改造尝试,探索老工业建筑改造中城市性改造的不同可能性与设计策略,让承载地区发展历史与一代人记忆的老工业构架充分发挥其潜力与价值,更好的服务于城市发展,带动整个地区的城市更新,为公众提供活力、高质量的城市空间,也为后续类似的工业建筑改造提供思路。

The thesis focused on the design strategy in old industrial structures in the example of Luoyang Refractory Factory concept design. The old industrial structures have long history and unique spatial forms, and for the old industrial areas, they are also the witnesses of the urban development process and carrying regional memory. Therefore, urbanity element must be considered in the renovation of such buildings. This thesis mainly discusses the renovation project of Luoyang Refractory Material Factory Skytrain Corridor Bridge in Jianxi District, Luoyang City, Henan Province, based on the analysis of the historical characteristics of the regional urban development and the current situation of the area, and proposes the renewal strategy of the urban scale of the area; and the study of the urbanity renovation strategy of the old industrial framework. The urban transformation of the overhead crane bridge structure is fully utilized as a seed for the utilization of the factory and urban renewal, revitalizing the unused space of the factory and improving urban functions. The project proposes an urban transformation direction through an in-depth analysis of the specific situation of the area.This research aims to explore possibilities and design strategies of urban transformation in old industrial structures through specific project, which enable old industrial structures that carry the development history of the region and the memory of a generation to give their full play of their potential and value, better serving the urban development: drive the urban renewal of the entire region, provide the public with dynamic and high-quality urban space, and also provide ideas for subsequent similar industrial building renovations. The research begins with a review of the current status of related research, and explores the urbanity considerations and common renovation strategies in the renovation of old industrial structures, taking into account the urbanity renovation cases of old industrial structures at home and abroad, and summarizes the applicable conditions and constraints of various strategies. Next, we analyze specific design projects and introduce the urban regeneration planning at the regional level and the "urbanity" concept planning and specific renovation strategies of the Skytrain Corridor.This study aims to explore the different possibilities and design strategies of urban transformation in the renovation of old industrial structures through the urban transformation attempts in specific projects, so that the old industrial structures, which carry the history of regional development and memories of a generation, can give full play to their potential and value, better serve the urban development, drive the urban renewal of the whole region, provide the public with a vibrant, high-quality urban space, and also provide ideas for the subsequent renovation of similar industrial provide ideas for the subsequent transformation of similar industrial buildings
