2019年底新冠肺炎疫情暴发流行使生物医药安全问题举世瞩目。令人难以预测的病毒变异和日益增长的生物医学科研需求,使生物安全实验室的建设需要比以往更强。设备系统是支撑实验室的高效运作、提高空间灵活性、塑造建筑形象的主要因素。但由于通用型生物实验室涉及的跨学科知识多、相关专项内容繁杂,制定任务书挑战大,导致设计图纸与工艺需求不匹配、设计变更频繁。建筑师常囿于方法论和可操作性的困惑,鲜有源自设备管线自主性视角来思考科研实验建筑设计,缺乏将设备管线系统作为设计要素融入建筑空间表达的研究。本研究的理论部分首先回顾了通用型生物实验室的起源和发展,并分析一体化设计的拓展趋势及当代建筑师将设备元素融入空间表达的经典案例。同时引入实验室建筑空间与设备一体化的理念,通过场地规划、工艺空间、装修机电三种尺度的理论研究,归纳出策划先行、灵活布置、空间预留及技术融合四个通用型生物实验室一体化设计原则。本研究的设计部分探讨了浙江嘉兴南湖实验室新建项目中设备管线元素的空间表达方式,继而印证了本研究总结的实验室建筑空间与设备一体化设计策略。研究成果可总结为五类设计要点,设计成果的可行性对通用型生物实验室一体化设计具有重要的参考价值。
The COVID-19 outbreak at the end of 2019 has brought biomedical safety issues to the attention of the world. Unpredictable virus mutations and the growing need for biomedical research have made the construction of biosafety laboratories stronger than ever. The equipment system is the main factor to support the efficient operation of the laboratory, improve the flexibility of space and shape the architectural image. However, due to the multi-disciplinary knowledge and complicated contents of related special items, the formulation of task book is a big challenge, resulting in the mismatch between design drawings and process requirements and frequent design changes. Limited by the confusion of methodology and operability, there are few thoughts from the perspective of equipment pipeline autonomy in the design of scientific research and experimental architecture, and the lack of integrating it into the expression of architectural space as a design element.This paper first reviews the origin and development of the universal biological laboratory, and analyzes the trend of integrated design and the classic cases of contemporary architects integrating equipment elements into spatial expression. At the same time, the concept of the integration of space and equipment in laboratory building is introduced. Through the theoretical research of the three scales of site planning, functional space and decoration machinery, four general design principles of biological laboratory integration are summarized: planning guidance, flexible space, sustainable development and technology integration.Through the practice of NANHU Laboratory project in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, the expression results of mechanical and electrical pipeline elements of the equipment also confirm the research on the integrated design method of laboratory building space and equipment in this paper. At the same time, it is helpful to deepen and improve the project. The feasibility of the research results has important reference value for the integrated design of universal biological laboratory.
