中国共产党重视精神也创造精神。党的百年历史是一部精神发展史，孕育和诞生了诸多伟大精神。这些伟大精神以建党精神为源头，随着中国共产党人伟大实践的展开不断升华，具有超越时空的力量，构筑了中国共产党人精神谱系。中国共产党人精神谱系是中国共产党人在百年奋斗中创造、凝练和建构的同根同源、内在一致且相对独立的伟大精神所组成的精神系统。核心理念是在中国共产党人精神谱系所蕴含和表达的观念体系中处于核心地位、具有主导作用的思想观念，体现了精神谱系的本质属性和基本特征，反映出精神谱系的立场、准则和追求，是精神谱系的“主旋律”。中国共产党人精神谱系核心理念是中国共产党的实践反映、精神谱系的共性凝练、当代中国价值观念的集中体现，具有思想性和实践性相统一、政治性和科学性相统一、革命性和时代性相统一、民族性和世界性相统一的特质以及价值整合和组织建构、认同强化和精神激励、行为规范和形象塑造的功能。通过对党中央批准中央宣传部梳理第一批纳入中国共产党人精神谱系的伟大精神进行文本分析，以党和国家领导人有关重要论述和党中央正式文件作为依据，分别提炼不同伟大精神的核心理念。在对全部伟大精神的核心理念进行梳理和总结的基础上，凝练和概括中国共产党人精神谱系核心理念的主要内容，即坚定信仰、人民至上，艰苦奋斗、实事求是，独立自主、敢于斗争，开拓创新、开放包容，团结统一、无私奉献，并根据百年党史、围绕伟大精神，梳理了这些理念的发展脉络以及在不同历史时期的具体表达。新时代弘扬中国共产党人精神谱系的核心理念，需要在理论研究上进一步明确概念定位、厘清内容构成、梳理理念体系、加强现实指向、推动话语塑造，在教育引导上更好掌握党员干部、抓好学校教育、开展舆论宣传，在实践养成上推动塑造实践环境、建设实践载体，在制度保障上强化法律法规保障、构建公共政策导向、推动落实社会规范。
The Communist Party of China values the spirits and has created many spirits. The history of the Party is a history of spiritual development, which nurtured and gave birth to many great spirits. These great spirits originate from the great founding spirit of the Party and continue to sublimate with the development of the great practice of the Chinese Communists. They have the power to transcend time and space, build the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists. The spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists is a spiritual system composed of the great spirits of the same root, coherence and relative independence created, condensed and constructed by the Chinese Communists in their century-long struggles. The core concept is at the core and has a leading role in the concept system contained and expressed in the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists. It shows a long line of inspiring principles, reflects the essential attributes and basic characteristics of the spiritual pedigree, can be described as the "main melody" of the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists.The core concept of the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists is the reflection of the practice made by the CPC, the condensed commonality of the spiritual pedigree and the concentrated expression of contemporary Chinese values. It is ideological, practical, political and scientific, and represents the characteristics of revolution, times, nationality and globality. It has the functions of integrating the Party values, constructing the Party organizations, strengthening the identity of the Party members, inspiring members spiritually, regulating members' behavior and shaping the image of the Party.This research provides a textual analysis of the first batch of great spirits to be incorporated into the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists approved by the CPC Central Committee, and uses the relevant important expositions of the Party leaders and the official documents of the CPC Central Committee as the textual basis to extract the core concepts of different great spirits. On the basis of sorting out and summarizing the core concepts of all the great spirits, this research condenses the main contents of the core concepts of the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists, including keeping the firm faith, putting the people first, working hard and perseveringly, seeking truth from facts, staying independent, standing up for ourselves, breaking new ground, being confident and open, ensuring the solidarity and unity, working selflessly.Based on the history of the CPC and the great spirit created by Chinese Communist, this research combs and examines the historical development process of the above concepts and their specific expressions in different historical periods.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, if we want to carry forward the core concepts of the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists in our nation and society, we need to work hard in different aspects. First of all, in terms of theoretical research, we should further clarify the theoretically position of this core concepts, explore the components of content, clearly sort out the concept system, pay more attention to practical problems, and improve the discourse system. Secondly, in terms of education and guidance, we must focus on the group of the Party members and cadres, fulfill the help of school education, and carry out public opinion propaganda. Thirdly, in terms of practice cultivation, we can ameliorate the environment and build the carrier of practice cultivation. Finally, in terms of institutional guarantee, we should utilize the existing laws and regulations, establish public policy orientation, and promote the implementation of social norms.
