立德树人作为高校教育的根本任务,是开展思想政治教育工作的核心导向,关系到中国未来高素质人才发展的质量水平,关系到新时代中国特色社会主义事业建设的重大使命。为进一步贯彻落实以立德树人为核心的思想政治教育工作,中共中央提出了“三全育人”的战略要求,该要求的提出进一步明确了思想政治教育工作的着力点和聚焦点。“导学思政”正是这一战略要求的重要组成部分,是“三全育人”背景下为弥补“全过程育人”和“全方位育人”薄弱环节的有益探索和尝试,并以其独特优势同课程思政一起致力于构建“大思政”格局,助力高校立德树人根本任务的落实。研究采用案例分析法与扎根理论相结合的质性研究方法,从正反两个方面对导学思政影响因素进行分析,力求为“导学思政”的应用推广提供经验反思和构建路径。研究发现导师层面良性的育人理念、师生互动层面良好的师门环境、生动的互动情境及学校层面稳健的管理服务是导学思政取得良好成效的主要因素,其中育人理念占据核心位置,师门环境及互动情境发挥重要作用,管理服务与导学思政并非独立运作,而是其不可或缺的重要组成部分。而与此同时导师层面存有素质良莠不齐、师生互动层面存有沟通受阻、学校层面存有管理不强、社会层面存有部分师生关系趋于利益化这些主要问题。在“三全育人”背景下,通过定义“导学思政”概念,介绍“导学思政”与“三全育人”之间的关系,比较“导学思政”与“大思政”、“课程思政”之间的异同,以期更为深刻地阐释“导学思政”内涵。以历史唯物主义关于人与人关系的理论、价值观塑造相关理论、高等教育关于教育的内外部关系规律、习近平总书记关于青年思想政治教育的论述为理论基础,通过对清华大学的“导学思政”实践以及社会相关案例进行质性分析,得出导学思政的育人经验和践行路径,即应当加强导师自身队伍建设,促进师生互动过程,加强学校管理服务。
As the fundamental task of higher education, cultivating morality of people is the core guidance of Ideological and political education. It is related to the quality level of China's future development of high-quality talents and the major mission of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. In order to further implement the ideological and political education work with moral education as the core, the CPC Central Committee put forward the strategic requirements of "Three-Alls Education"(i.e education by all staff members, all through the students' studies and all-round education for students)". "Political and Ideological Education Through Supervisor-Student Intercommunication" is an important part of this strategic requirement. It is a beneficial exploration and attempt to make up for the weak links in the whole process and all-round education under the background of "Three-Alls Education". With its unique advantages, it works together with "Political and Ideological Education Through Academic Courses" to build "Greater Political and Ideological Education" and help implement the fundamental task of "Building Morality and Cultivating People " in colleges and universities.The research adopts the qualitative research method of the combination of case analysis and grounded theory to analyze the influencing factors of "Political and Ideological Education Through Supervisor-Student Intercommunication", thinking from both positive and negative aspects, and strive to provide experience reflection and construction path for the application and promotion of "Political and Ideological Education Through Supervisor-Student Intercommunication". The study found that the education concept at the tutor level, research group environment , interactive situation at the teacher-student interaction level and management service at the school level are the main factors for the good results of "Political and Ideological Education Through Supervisor-Student Intercommunication". Among them, the education concept occupies the core position, the research group environment and interactive situation play an important role, and the management service and "Political and Ideological Education Through Supervisor-Student Intercommunication" do not operate independently, but an indispensable part. At the same time, there are some main problems, such as uneven quality at the tutor level, blocked communication at the teacher-student interaction level, weak management at the school level, and materialization of teacher-student relationship at the social level.Under the background of "Three-Alls Education", this paper defines the concept of "ideological and political education based on the relationship between advisor and student", introduces the relationship between "Political and Ideological Education Through Supervisor-Student Intercommunication" and "Three-Alls Education", compares the similarities and differences between "Political and Ideological Education Through Supervisor-Student Intercommunication", "Greater Political and Ideological Education"and "Political and Ideological Education Through Academic Courses" in order to more profoundly explain the connotation of "Political and Ideological Education Through Supervisor-Student Intercommunication". It is based on the essence of human-human relationship in Marxist historical materialism theory, the internal mechanism and influencing factors of value shaping, the law of internal and external relationship of education in higher education, and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on youth ideological and political education. Through the qualitative analysis of the practice of "Political and Ideological Education Through Supervisor-Student Intercommunication" in Tsinghua University and relevant social cases, the educational experience and practice path of "Political and Ideological Education Through Supervisor-Student Intercommunication" are obtained, that is, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the tutor's own team, promote the interaction between teachers and students, and strengthen school management services.
