摘要

中国经济进入关键转型期,十四五规划明确提出数字化是企业高质量发展的重要引擎,几乎所有企业都开始关注数字化转型,新冠疫情之后,数字化转型对于企业发展的重要性已经不言而喻,每个企业从都关注数字化转型走向将数字化转型作为企业长期发展的战略之一。然而,企业数字化转型,转向何方,如何实现好的转型?很多企业在选择模式时,无从借鉴,同时,互联网行业也从消费互联网走向产业互联网,并且已经积累了一定的模式和方法论,产业互联网成为赋能企业数字化的重要手段。产业互联网不仅是信息系统的升级,更重要是基于互联网实现行业互联的生态,创造新的商业模式。因此,产业互联网对企业数字化的赋能,跟企业在产业中所处的位置息息相关。笔者多年来作为数字化转型负责人及企业产业互联网赋能数字化转型的参与者,本文正是基于笔者所经历和了解的数十个数字化转型项目,以企业在产业所处位置为分类,选择了5家有代表性的企业数字化转型案例进行分析,进而抽象出5中不同产业位置的企业可以参考的5种的典型模式,分别是:1.生产商的工业物联网模式;2.供应商的S2B模式;3.渠道商的OMO模式;4.服务商的私域平台模式;5.综合企业的垂直平台PAAS模式。这些模式有较强的代表性,可以帮助企业在思考数字化转型的价值及选择数字化转型模式时提供一定的指导。

China's economy has entered a critical transition period. The 14th Five-Year Plan clearly states that digitalization is an important engine for the high-quality development of enterprises. Almost all enterprises have begun to pay attention to digital transformation. After the new crown epidemic, the importance of digital transformation to enterprise development is self-evident. Every enterprise has shifted from focusing on digital transformation to taking digital transformation as one of the long-term development strategies of the enterprise. However, what is the digital transformation of enterprises, and how to achieve a good transformation? Many enterprises have no way to learn from the model selection. At the same time, the Internet industry has also moved from the consumer Internet to the industrial Internet, and has accumulated certain models and methodologies. The industrial Internet has become an important means of enabling enterprises to digitize.The Industrial Internet is not only an upgrade of the information system, but more importantly, it is based on the Internet to realize the ecology of industry interconnection and create a new business model. Therefore, the empowerment of the digitalization of enterprises by the Industrial Internet is closely related to the position of enterprises in the industry. The author has been in charge of digital transformation for many years and a participant in the digital transformation empowered by the industrial Internet of enterprises. This article is based on the dozens of digital transformation projects that the author has experienced and learned about. We analyze the digital transformation cases of several representative enterprises, and then abstract 5 typical models that enterprises in different industrial locations can refer to. They are: 1. Manufacturer's industrial IoT model; 2. Supplier's S2B model 3. The OMO model of channel providers; 4. The private domain platform model of service providers; 5. The vertical platform PAAS model of integrated enterprises. These models are representative and can help companies provide certain guidance when thinking about the value of digital transformation and choosing a digital transformation model.
