随着社会和经济的发展,越来越多当代年轻人的焦虑感越来越强,甚至有些年轻人的焦虑最终演化成抑郁症。日常生活中人们都会经常因为各种事情而遇到抑郁的症状,所以如何控制和调节情绪来克服和消除这种不良情绪就变得很重要。很多人习惯于压抑情绪的显露,在情绪发生时强行用意志去控制自己身上由于情绪而产生的变化。但有研究表明压抑情绪的行为久而久之会导致情绪清晰度的下降,也就是个体多大程度上可以明确地识别和标注情绪的种类如悲伤、愤怒,以及清晰知道情绪的产生来源。所以本研究针对情绪清晰度,提出“情绪气象”--基于脑机交互情绪识别技术的情绪可视化设计,以天气与表情的描述方式帮助用户更好地认知和体验目前正在经历的情绪,通过沉浸及有趣的互动方式唤起用户对情绪清晰度问题的关注。本研究将可视化元素聚焦到天气元素和卡通表情元素。首先先通过对文学中用于描述情绪的天气元素进行调研,然后利用泰勒情绪模式和伊顿的色彩表达理论来分析天气的色彩与情绪之间的关系。最后基于分析结果来设计不同程度的天气元素插画来表达不同程度的情绪。这些天气元素插画被用到“天气-情绪”的用户问卷调研中。该调研的数据结果将用于后续的原型可视化匹配逻辑中。卡通表情元素则是通过调研卡通人物不同表情的眼部和嘴部的画法,然后基于调研结果进行不同程度情绪的卡通眼部和嘴部的表情设计。为了提供沉浸感和趣味性,本研究最后通过非侵入式脑机接口、背景替换技术和AR人脸特效技术来实现原型的制作。通过非侵入式脑机接口装置EMOTIV EpocX采集用户的情绪数据,然后通过蓝牙传输到系统中。系统将基于这些数据来匹配符合用户目前情绪的天气元素与卡通表情元素。在识别到用户目前情绪后,背景替换技术主要是将设计好的天气元素插画替换到摄像头所采集到的用户画面的背景;而AR人脸特效技术则是将设计好的卡通眼部和嘴部表情叠加到摄像头画面中的用户脸上。
With the development of society and economy, the anxiety in young people keeps rising , and their anxiety eventually evolves into depression. In daily life, people often encounter symptoms of depression. Therefore, the control and regulation of emotions becomes very important in overcoming and eliminating our bad emotions. Many people choose to suppress their emotions instead of revealing it by controlling physical changes caused by emotions experienced. However, some studies have shown that the suppressing emotions will lead to a decline in emotional clarity, that is, the extent to which individuals can clearly identify and label the types of emotions such as sadness, anger, and clearly know the source of the emotion. Therefore, in view of emotional clarity, this study proposes "emotion weather"- an emotion visualization design based on brain-computer interaction and emotion recognition technology, which can help users better recognize and experience the emotions they are currently experiencing by describing their emotions with weather elements and cartoon expressions elements. This study focuses the visualization elements on weather elements and cartoon expression elements. First, the weather elements used to describe emotions in literature are studied, and then Taylor's emotional model and Eaton's theory of color expression are used to analyze the relationship between weather colors and emotions. Based on the analysis results, different degrees of weather element illustrations are designed to express different degrees of emotions. These weather element illustrations were used in the user survey of "weather-mood". The data results of this survey will be used in the visualization matching. Design of the expressions of cartoon eyes and mouths with different degrees of emotions is based on the research of the drawing methods of the eyes and mouths of different expressions of cartoon characters. In order to provide immersion and fun, brain-computer interface, background replacement technology and AR technology are used. The user's emotional data is collected through a brain-computer interface device, EMOTIV EpocX. Then, the system will match the user's current mood with weather elements and cartoon expression elements. The background replacement technology replaces the background of the image captured by the camera with weather element illustration; while the AR technology put cartoon eyes and mouths on user’s face shown on screen.
