摘要

伴随互联网快速发展,经济全球化已逐步呈现成为一种主流趋势,而且近些年伴随“一带一路”倡议持续推进,跨境电商产业也得以快速发展,越来越多的中小卖家逐渐开展全球业务,为海外消费者提供优质的产品和服务。相对国内电商,跨境电商的供应链管理节点多且链路长,为此必须强化供应链的运营能力,要求站在国际视角下进行资源整合与合作伙伴赋能,需要对供应链协同管理进行创新迭代,以能够快速满足企业暴涨式的业务发展需求。本文以一伦创新科技有限公司(以下简称一伦公司)为研究案例,首先,从跨境电商的概念及其运营模式, 供应链协同管理的竞争优势、影响因素和管理框架等方面进行基础理论概述, 为后续研究作基础理论支撑;其次,对案例企业一伦的业务背景、整体运营模式以及出口业务的供应链流程进行介绍,为后续的案例研究分析做铺垫;再次, 重点阐述了一伦公司的供应链协同管理现状下面临的问题,比如货物交付率差、库存周转慢、销售订单满足率低、高成本低效率等一系列现状问题,已严重制约公司的业务发展,为此分别从组织架构、合作伙伴、供应链计划、采购与质量、产能管理、仓储物流及数据信息化等环节展开进行原因分析说明;随后,依据各个环节的原因,从对一伦公司的供应链协同管理优化逐项提出建议解决方案;最后,对于一伦公司的供应链协同优化方案的实施执行结果进行阐述评估,皆验证了这一系列的优化方案初步达到了企业的预期目标,供应链优化后能够满足当下的业务发展需求。回顾论文总结,这些供应链协同优化的管理方案的归纳总结和验证,对其他企业具有很强的指导价值,具有一定有效性和参考借鉴意义,同时对未来跨境电商的供应链管理领域研究也提出相关展望。

One belt, one road, is the main trend of economic globalization. With the continuous development of the "one belt and one road" initiative, the cross-border electricity supplier industry has been developing rapidly. More and more small and medium-sized sellers are gradually developing their global business to provide quality products and services to overseas consumers. Compared with domestic e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce has many supply chain management nodes and long links. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the operation capacity of the supply chain, integrate resources and empower partners from an international perspective, and innovate and iterate the supply chain collaborative management, so as to quickly meet the soaring business development needs of enterprises.Taking YILUN company as the research case, firstly, this paper summarizes the basic theory from the concept and operation mode of cross-border e-commerce, the competitive advantage, influencing factors and management framework of supply chain collaborative management, so as to provide basic theoretical support for follow-up research; Secondly, it introduces the business background, overall operation mode and supply chain process of export business of YILUN, which paves the way for subsequent case study and analysis; Thirdly, it focuses on the problems faced by YILUN company under the current situation of supply chain collaborative management, such as poor delivery rate of goods, slow inventory turnover, low satisfaction rate of sales orders, high cost and low efficiency, which have seriously restricted the company's business development. Therefore, it is divided into organizational structure, partners, supply chain planning, procurement and quality, capacity management Analyze and explain the causes of warehousing, logistics and data informatization; Then, according to the reasons of each link, suggestions and solutions are put forward one by one from the optimization of supply chain collaborative management of YILUN company; Finally, the evaluation of the implementation results of YILUN's supply chain collaborative optimization scheme shows that this series of optimization schemes have initially achieved the expected objectives of the enterprise, and the supply chain optimization can meet the current business development needs of YILUN. Reviewing the summary of the paper, the summary and verification of these supply chain collaborative optimization management schemes have strong guiding value for other enterprises and have certain effectiveness and reference significance. At the same time, it also puts forward relevant prospects for the future research in the field of supply chain management of cross-border e-commerce.
