摘要

领导力是大学生全面发展的重要内容之一,是未来人才必备的素质和能力。目前,对研究生学生干部群体领导力的相关研究比较少见,聚焦研究生学生干部,探讨研究生学生干部领导力发展现状及影响因素值得我们的关注和研究,有利于健全研究生领导力培育模式,培养高层次人才。本文把清华大学研究生学生干部群体作为研究对象,综合已有研究,本文以大学生发展理论、大学生情绪智力领导力理论模型与大学生领导力挑战理论模型,作为本文研究的理论基础,利用大学生领导力情绪智力量表和实践行为量表作为测量工具,对清华大学研究生学生干部进行抽样调查。首先,揭示清华大学研究生学生干部领导力发展现状总体水平;然后,分析个体特征,社团锻炼、教师影响、社会实践、教育培训等因素与研究生学生干部领导力发展的关系,探讨影响清华大学研究生学生干部领导力发展的主要因素,本文研究发现:一、通过对清华大学研究生学生干部领导力发展水平评估,分析表明:清华大学研究生学生干部领导力发展水平处于中等水平。同时,研究生学生干部对领导力发展与提升的需求程度较高及对领导力相关知识认知程度处于中等水平。二、通过对个体特征,社团锻炼、教师影响、社会实践、教育培训等影响因素与研究生学生干部领导力发展的关系进行探究,分析表明:个体特征,社团锻炼、教师影响、社会实践、教育培训等方面对清华大学研究生学生干部领导力发展存在显著影响。厘清研究生学生干部领导力发展现状及影响因素是为了健全大学生领导力培育模式。经过对研究结果的具体分析,本文从培养目标、价值引领、组织机构改革、培养方案设计、家庭教育、导学思政教育等方面,形成了一些具有针对性的对策建议供其他高校和个人参考。

Leadership is one of the important contents of the all-round development of college students, and it is also a necessary quality and ability for future talents. At present, research on the leadership of graduate student cadres is relatively rare. Focusing on graduate student cadres, discussing the development and influencing factors of graduate student cadres' leadership is worthy of our attention and research, which is conducive to improving the cultivation model of graduate student leadership and cultivating high-level talents. This article takes Tsinghua University’s graduate student cadres group as the research object and synthesizes existing research. This article uses the development theory of college students, the theoretical model of college students’ emotional intelligence leadership and the theoretical model of college students’ leadership challenge as the theoretical basis of the research, and utilizes the emotions of college students’ leadership. The intelligence scale and the practical behavior scale are used as measurement tools to conduct a random sampling survey of graduate student cadres at Tsinghua University. First, reveal the overall level of the leadership development of graduate student cadres at Tsinghua University; then, analyze the relationship between individual characteristics, community training, teacher influence, social practice, education and training, and the leadership development of graduate student cadres, and explore the influence of Tsinghua University graduate students The main factors for the development of cadre leadership, this paper found that:1. Through the evaluation of the leadership development level of Tsinghua University graduate student cadres, the analysis shows that the leadership development level of Tsinghua University graduate student cadres is at an intermediate level. At the same time, postgraduate student cadres have a high level of demand for leadership development and promotion, and their awareness of leadership-related knowledge systems is at an intermediate level.2. Through exploring the relationship between individual characteristics, community training, teacher influence, social practice, education and training and other influencing factors and the leadership development of graduate students, the analysis shows: individual characteristics, community training, teacher influence, social practice, education and training Such aspects have a significant impact on the leadership development of graduate student cadres at Tsinghua University.To clarify the current situation and influencing factors of the leadership development of graduate student cadres is to improve the leadership training model of college students. After a specific analysis of the research results, this article has formed some targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of training goals, value guidance, organizational reform, training program design, family education, and ideological and political education for other universities and individuals.
