中小企业在我国经济结构中占有很重要的地位，可以说其发展在很大程度上左右着中国经济发展的活力。供应链金融在支持中小企业发展方面起着重要作用，近年来受到了国内企业界、金融界和政府的高度关注。然而，目前大多数关于供应链金融的研究主要着眼于研究基于核心企业产生的供应链关系，并未真正就如何利用数字科技与供应链生态促进供应链金融业务的发展开展系统研究。本文在参考借鉴以往供应链金融方面研究成果的同时，依据社会网络分析的原理与方法，以原理分析和实际应用为出发点和切入点，从网络生态视角，对本文目标企业（A 公司）供应链金融开展中遇到的问题进行深度解析，探索如何利用中小企业在供应链网络生态中呈现的特性并结合数字科技技术，降低企业与金融机构间的信息不对称，找到突破现有供应链金融发展困局的破局之路。本文将理论与多年实践经验相结合，论证了数字科技在构建供应链金融新生态中应发挥的基石作用，提出以数字科技构建供应链金融新生态的措施，分析了其落地保障措施及支撑条件，并以典型案例为素材，对本文提出的观点进行了剖析。本文所阐释的供应链金融理论框架及分析视角，可以对金融机构如何为中小企业开展供应链金融提供支持，构建在供应链网络生态分析基础上的创新型供应链金融实施方案。
Small and medium enterprises have an important role in the economic structure of China, whose development affects the vitality of Chinese economy. Supply chain finance has achieved a great influence on the development of small and medium enterprises. So it has been highly concerned in recent years. However, at present, most of the researches on supply chain finance mainly focus on supply chain relationship based on core enterprises. There is no systematic study on how to use digital technology and supply chain ecology to promote the development of supply chain finance. Through studying the previous researches, by adopting social network analysis method, starting with principle analysis and practical application, our thesis has analyzed the problems occurred in A corporation’s practice of supply chain finance, explored how to make use of the characteristics of small and medium enterprises and digital technology to reduce the information asymmetry between enterprises and financial institutions, and found a way to break the development dilemma of supply chain finance. Basing on the use of years of theoretical and practical experience, our thesis has demonstrated that digital technology is the cornerstone of supply chain finance ecology, and has put forward to specific measures and its supporting conditions. We also have done a case study to support our viewpoint. The theoretical framework and analysis perspective provided by our thesis, will help financial institutions provide better service for small and medium enterprises, and can introduce a creative implementation plan of supply chain finance, basing on supply chain ecology analysis.
