我国近十几年来在经济发展方面的进步有目共睹，无论是在经济资本力量、各项基础设施还是现代信息科技等方方面面都有了长足的发展，进而为我国临空经济区这一新型经济模式的发展创造了机会。同时，我国机场自发展以来一直局限在航空运输方面，不仅造成了临空资源的极度浪费，同时也无法很好地带动区域经济发展。而发展临空产业所带来的集聚效应和扩散效应，更是能够带动一系列相关产业得到迅速地发展和提升，因此深入探究临空产业发展模式，于我国而言是至关重要和意义重大的。本文通过总结国内外相关研究学者的文献调研，由此对临空产业发展战略的基本内容和特征进行概括说明，并客观地分析了我国临空产业当前存在的问题以及发展现状。同时，本文以新加坡作为对标园区进行了研究，发现其在产业定位、基础设施配套、科技创新、政府扶持等方面做得非常完善，也是新加坡临空产业发展迅速的主要原因。本文以海口美兰临空经济区为案例，研究海口临空产业发展的基本现状、发展的优缺点、制约发展的问题，并据此提出针对性的发展战略，从产业定位、基础设施建设、人才引进与培养、政府财政扶持、产业落地行动方案等方面，对海口美兰临空经济区产业发展提出具有可行性的措施建议，同时也为我国其他地区临空产业的发展提供具有参考价值的建议。

The agglomeration effect and diffusion effect brought by the development of airport industry can lead to the rapid development and promotion of a series of related industries in China. The model is vital and significant to our country.This paper summarizes the literature of relevant scholars at home and abroad, from which the basic contents and characteristics of the development model of air-facing industry are summarized, and in view of the current situation of the development of China's air-facing industry and the existing problems for an objective analysis. At the same time, this paper studies Singapore as a Standard Park, and finds that it has done very well in the aspects of industry positioning, infrastructure supporting, science and technology innovation, government support, etc. , it is also the main reason for the rapid development of air-facing industry in Singapore. This paper takes the development model of air-facing industry in Haikou as an example to study the basic status quo, advantages and disadvantages, and problems restricting the development of air-facing industry in Haikou, from the aspects of industrial orientation, infrastructure construction, talent introduction and training, government financial support, and industrial landing action plan, this paper puts forward feasible measures and suggestions for the industrial development of Meilan temporary economic zone in Haikou, at the same time, it also provides some valuable suggestions for the development of air-facing industry in other areas of our country.
