伴随时代进步和科技飞速发展，国民经济水平稳步提高，城市化进程不断加深，人民对美好生活的需求日益精细。在健康生活的要求下，体育运动逐渐成为人们生活中不可缺少的一个环节，但开展体育活动需要特定的物质载体，因而人们对户外活动空间的需求越来越迫切。本文通过对体育公园内涵的阐述和国内外体育公园发展历程的回溯，分析了一般公园的设计原则与体育公园的设计原则的区别，按年龄和使用动机对使用人群进行了分类，归纳总结了各类人群开展体育活动的特点和需求，并划分了参与体育活动的不同人群组合。以上海地区的三个不同的体育公园为主要案例，提出了我国现阶段体育公园建设的一些可借鉴的优点。同时，因为与不同使用群体交流的过程中时常听到对体育公园的可达性、便捷性、同质化和人性化等方面的抱怨，而更期待我国体育公园建设的现状能有所改观。体育公园不是单纯的体育元素和公园的堆砌叠加，因地制宜、设身处地地深入探究体育公园的内核，充分结合使用人群的需求来塑造空间，才可以为人们提供更优质的户外公共活动空间。因此，如何实现现有体育公园的华丽转身，如何在未来的体育公园建设中避免同样的情况出现。笔者借由上海市青浦区赵巷镇体育公园的景观设计方案，参考不同地区体育公园建设中的经验并加以扬弃，并结合中国特色应用到我国当前的体育公园建设中，以期能通过这些研究对以后我国体育公园的建设略有帮助。

With the progress of The Times and the rapid development of science and technology, the national economic level has been steadily improved, the urbanization process has been deepening, and people's demands for a better life are increasingly refined. Under the requirement of healthy life, sports gradually become an indispensable link in people's life, but to carry out sports activities need specific material carrier, so people's demand for outdoor activity space is more and more urgent. By expounding the connotation of sports park and reviewing the development history of sports park at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the difference between the design principle of general park and that of sports park, classifies the users according to age and motivation, sums up the characteristics and needs of sports activities of all kinds of people, and divides the different groups of people who participate in sports activities. Taking three different sports parks in Shanghai as the main cases, this paper puts forward some advantages of the construction of sports parks in China. At the same time, because in the process of communication with different groups, I often hear complaints about the accessibility and humanization of sports parks, and I hope that the current situation of the construction of sports parks in China can be improved. Sports park is not a simple pile of sports elements and park superposition, according to local conditions, put yourself in the deep exploration of the core of sports park, fully combined with the needs of the people to shape the space, can provide people with better outdoor public activity space. Therefore, how to realize the magnificent turn of the existing sports park, how to avoid the same situation in the future sports park construction. The author by Shanghai qingpu zhao xiang town sports park landscape design, refer to different areas of the construction of sports park and sublation, experience and combining with Chinese characteristics applied to the construction of China's current sports park, in order to through the research on construction of sports park in China after a little help.
