摘要

作为采矿业大国,我国多年的城市建设和经济发展既创造了经济价值也为青山绿水造成了不可恢复的伤疤。在中国土地资源较为紧缺的情况下,对采石矿坑再利用成为了一个重要课题。诸多研究和实践表明,矿山废弃地虽然有着诸多负面影响,但是其潜在的改造再利用价值是非常巨大的。本文研究对象重庆渝北铜锣山废弃矿坑群带,是我国规模空前,极具空间特色的采矿废弃地群体,并且区域的发展具有典型的“人地共进”现象。针对它的研究在矿山改造模式、矿山空间规划上,具有与以往单一矿山改造项目有本质上的区别。研究一方面对于国内外矿山修复、景观利用项目的法律法规背景、实践案例以及国内的国家矿山公园体系进行了研究,总结出一定的观点结论,运用于后续研究对象的规划实践。另一方面针对研究对象的区位条件、上位规划背景、场地自然条件、人文历史条件、水文植被条件等因素进行深入研究,得出适用于矿坑群带空间的特色“蜂巢矿坑网络”规划利用模式,实现利用场地优势实现区域产业互相促进,生态反哺经济、社区发展与旅游发展协同的目标。总结出新的规划模式后,通过对规划范围的分析,选取具有典型性的重点规划设计节点,作为国家矿山公园项目的实践案例。将上位研究中得出的结论运用于景观设计方案之中。挖掘重点设计节点中的历史文脉、地域特色、空间潜质,进行深入空间设计。并对采矿废弃地景观再利用项目中的植物利用、水文设计、边坡修护等专题进行了应用阐述。并对项目整体进行总结分析。

While made great achievements and created economic value in mining industry in our country, we also damaged the environment Severely. Considering the shortage of land resources in China, the reuse of quarry pits has become an important subject. Many studies and practices have shown that although mine abandoned lands has many negative effects to nature, its potential for reconstruction and reuse is very considerable.The research object of this dissertation is about abandoned mining pits belt in Tongluoshan, Yubei, Chongqing.This abandoned mining pits belt with unprecedented scale has spatial characteristics in our country. And the development of the region has a typical phenomenon of "people and land advancing together". The research on it is fundamentally different from the previous single mine reconstruction projects in the mine reconstruction mode and mine space planning. On one hand, the research conducted research on the legal and regulatory backgrounds, practical cases of domestic and foreign mine restoration and landscape utilization projects, and the domestic national mine park system. And summarized some new opinions and conclusions. On the other hand, in-depth research is conducted on the site location conditions , the background of the upper planning,and the cultural and historical conditions.obtain a new“beehive mine pits reuse network"mode of planning and utilization for environment ,community and tourism development.Through analysis of the site planning mode,select the key area for the project of national mine park .Apply the conclusions drawn in the upper research to the landscape design plan.. The application of plant utilization, hydrological design, slope maintenance and other topics in the landscape reuse project of the mining wasteland was also explained. And summarize and analyze for the whole dissertation.
