全热交换式烟气余热回收技术作为一种先进的节能减排技术,符合我国清洁能源产业战略发展需求,在工业供热和民用采暖领域具有广阔的应用前景。该技术源于高校技术科研创新,如能顺利推动技术成果转化,形成大规模产业化应用,将对推动清洁能源产业转型升级具有深远的影响意义。本文以全热交换式烟气余热回收技术产业化落地为实践案例,深入研究新兴技术产业化的模式创新。文中分析总结了我国科技成果转化的模式及存在的问题,归纳了海内外先进成熟的成果转化模式,并结合清华大学校企启迪控股在能源环保领域成果转化的实践与探索,详细论证了该技术产业化应用的可行性,并构想了该技术产业化落地的实施方案。希望通过本文的系统研究,结合适用场景,形成一套有中国特色、可落地、可复制的新兴技术产业化创新模式及技术产业化落地整体解决方案。
As an advanced energy saving and emission reduction technology, Total heat recovery technology of the flue gas conforms to the strategic development direction of China's clean energy industry and has a broad application prospect in the field of industrial heating and civil heating. This technology is originated from the innovation of technological research in universities. If it can smoothly promote the transformation of technological achievements and can be applied in large-scale industrialization, it will have a far-reaching impact on promoting the transformation and upgrading of clean energy industry and solving major issues such as national economy and people's livelihood.This paper takes the industrialization of total heat recovery technology of the flue gas as a practical case to study the mode innovation of emerging technology industrialization. This paper analyzes the mode of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China, summarizes the advanced and mature achievements transformation mode at home and abroad,combining with Tus -holdings’ achievements in the field, demonstrates the feasibility of this technology industrialization application in detail, and conceives the implementation scheme that can make the technology come into being. It is hoped that through the systematic research of this paper and the combination of applicable scenarios, a set of innovative mode of emerging technology industrialization with Chinese characteristics, which can be implemented and replicated, and an overall solution of technology industrialization can be achieved.
