伴随着我国城市化的进程，越来越多的流动人口向城市转移，在流动人口大规模转移的进程中，出现了从早期以个人为单位流动转向核心家庭整体迁移转变，大量的流动儿童跟随父母进入城市。子女跟随流动人口一同迁移意义重大，特别是有利于更好地发挥家庭功能，但是现实中，仍然存在着诸多问题，进入城市后有的流动儿童人际交往封闭，休闲娱乐方式单一，难以享受社区服务，很少参与社区活动，与本地城市儿童相比明显处于弱势地位，在适应新的城市过程中出现了诸多不适应的问题，从而引起了政府、社会和广大学者们从各个领域广泛的关注。Q市近年来经济社会快速发展、流动人口聚集，是中国现代化进程中的一个缩影，随之而来流动儿童的社会融入困境也越来越突出。本研究以该市的E社区为例，选取社区作为切入点，全面分析流动儿童在社区融入过程中的现状，深入探讨流动儿童这一特殊群体的社区融入问题。本研究通过问卷调查、访谈、参与式观察等方法发现流动儿童存在文化适应、朋辈交往、身份认同、社区适应等社区融入困境。在此基础上，以生态系统理论、优势视角理论和增权理论为支撑，运用专业的小组工作法和社区工作法进行流动儿童社区融入干预，发现流动儿童的微观系统获得调整，中观系统具有了改进功能，宏观系统得到调整，也就是说，社会工作对促进流动儿童社区的融合具有一定的积极作用，同时也发现社会工作干预过程中存在着问题和不足，最后有针对性的提出了对策建议。

In the context of the accelerated process of urbanization in China, more and more floating people are moving from rural to urban areas, and the trend of family and intergenerational migration is becoming more and more evident in the process of large-scale migration. A large number of migrant children follow their parents into the city to live and attend school. For the migrant population, the migration of children has great significance, especially the performance of family functions and the normal socialization of children. However, in reality, there are many problems. After entering the city, some floating children have closed interpersonal contacts, have a single form of leisure and entertainment, are difficult to enjoy community services, and rarely participate in community activities. They are obviously in a disadvantaged position compared with local urban children. In the process of adapting to the new city, there have been many problems that have not been adapted. Therefore, the social integration of migrant children has attracted extensive attention from the government, society, and scholars in various fields.In recent years, the Q city with rapid economic and social development and the concentration of floating population is a microcosm of China's modernization process. The social integration of floating children is becoming more and more prominent. Taking the E community as an example, this study selected the community as an entry point, comprehensively analyzing the current situation of mobile children in the process of community integration, and deeply discussing the community integration of mobile children. Through questionnaires, interviews and participatory observation, this study found that floating children have difficulties such as peer interaction, identity, and community adaptation etc. On this basis, based on ecosystem theory, superiority theory and empowerment theory, professional group work and community work methods are used to intervene, and the Microsystems of mobile children are found to be adjusted. The Meso system has improved, the macro system has been adjusted, the psychological state of community integration has been improved, the willingness of participating communities has increased, and the recognition of urban communities has increased, that is to say, Social work has play an important role. And at the same time, it also finds that there are problems and shortcomings in the social work intervention process. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions
