本文记录了我对羊毛毡材质从认识到研究它在空间装饰中应用可能性的全过程。羊毛毡作为一种使用历史悠久的传统纤维材料，性质优越，可塑性强，在古代就被人们广泛运用在生活当中，并一直延续到今日依旧应用于工业生产与生活用品领域。现代科技的不断进步带动艺术家对材质的不断研究，羊毛毡优秀的材质特点能够满足要求多变的艺术创作，使其逐渐在现代环境中复苏，被越来越多的设计师应用在时装设计和纤维艺术品中，也使羊毛毡凸显出更加宽广的设计应用可能性。论文研究的目的在于通过将羊毛毡与壁挂设计相结合，运用多种手法进行羊毛毡壁挂的设计与创作，通过装饰艺术形式将羊毛毡带入现代生活空间当中，探索将羊毛毡材质作用于环境装饰的应用空间以及表现有材质感图案的可能性。研究的意义在于挖掘传统的工艺材质在现代生活环境中展现的艺术魅力，通过对羊毛毡在空间装饰领域应用适用性的探究，对传统文化和材质元素进行传承和发扬，同时顺应时代的需要，将“自然、绿色”对装饰元素带入人们生活环境当中，满足人们心理需求的同时唤起人们对自然、可持续设计的认可和追求，在拓展羊毛毡工艺应用空间的同时开拓建筑空间装饰物可使用材质的新领域。研究首先通过图文和案例分析的方式，对羊毛毡的工艺原理和使用情况进行概述，在此基础上对羊毛毡的材质性能、功能性和应用空间作出解读和判断。之后着重通过实践分析法，从羊毛毡的设计适用能力方面出发，通过对本人制作的羊毛毡化成型实验和艺术设计实验进行记录分析，探究羊毛毡针毡与湿毡工艺相互结合以及与其他工艺材质相结合的可能性；通过对羊毛毡混色、图案造型、塑形等方面的对比试验，探究羊毛毡工艺的艺术表现效果及装饰效果的表达空间。基于对实验结果的研究分析和实践经验，围绕“如何能在生活空间中发挥价值”这一目的进行羊毛毡壁挂设计。

The thesis is about the application of wool felt material in space decoration. As a kind of traditional fiber material with a long history, wool felt is superior in nature and strong in plasticity. It was widely used in people's life in ancient times and is still applied in the field of industrial production and daily necessities till today. The advance of modern science and technology leads artists to keep material research. The good material characteristics of wool felt can meet the requirements of changeable artistic creation. Wool felt has been recovered and used by more and more fashion designers and fiber artists in the modern environment, which highlights the broader possibilities of its application.The purpose of the thesis is to explore the possibility of applying wool felt in space decoration and the performance of textural pattern by combing wool felt with wall hanging design and by bringing wool felt into modern living space through the form of decorative art. The significance of the study is to excavate the artistic charm of traditional material in the modern living environment and to bring natural and environmental friendly decoration elements into people’s life by exploring the application of wool felt in space decoration field. The study aims to satisfy people’s psychological demand and evoke the recognition and pursuit of natural and sustainable design. It also expands the application space of the craft of wool and new material for architectural space decoration.The study firstly summarizes the principle and application situation of wool felt by means of graphic text and case analysis, and then interprets and judges the material performance, function and application space of wool felt. Secondly, it explores the possibility of the combination of needle felt and wet felt through series of experiments. Thirdly, it explores the artistic expression and space decoration performance of wool felt through the contrast experiment of mixed color, pattern and shape of wool felt. Finally, the study documents the process of wall hanging design using wool felt, which is based on the result of previous experiment, and aims to give full play to the value of wool felt in the living space.
