在这个技术高度发达、人的各种欲望可以被轻易满足的时代，制作与品尝食物的方式五花八门，设计师对于餐饮空间的设计方式也纷繁复杂。人与食物的关系决定着空间形态，因此要确定空间的形态，就要力求理清人与食物的关系。食物与人之间的关系是丰满立体的，食物不仅满足了人最基本的生存需求（包含营养需求），而且食物对于人还具有社会、心理、观念、艺术等等多层面的深层次意义。本文研究模块化设计策略的理论脉络，分析关于吃的生活场景片段，基于人与食物的关系，以人为线索、以事为线索、以物为线索分别对“食物”这一主题进行分析，进而提出了一些食物模块在空间中的提取策略，并对这些承载人与食物关系的空间模块进行分类，最终提炼出一些列3m*3m*3m的功能类、状态类、技术类等食物空间模块。后文设计部分依据江西现代农业科技展览馆的场地条件，将设计的对象主要定位于亲子人群。在以亲子人群为主的餐饮空间中，用模块化的设计思维和设计方式，探讨与落实模块的组织形式与技术手法；探讨模块化的食物空间形式，形成了一系列的食物空间形式：食物展览区、亲子DIY食物区、像素游乐区、前台区、水吧区、食立方区、机械区、信息区、吊床休闲区、食物自种采摘区、等等不同类型的与食物有关的空间模块。这些食物空间模块促进了亲子之间良好的互动，寓教于乐，让孩子在这个好吃好玩的空间中嬉戏，从而使其和父母之间的关系更加融洽。
In an age when technology is highly developed and people’s desires can be satisfied easily, ways of making and tasting food are varied, the design methods of designers to dining space are also complex.The relationship between food and people is full and round, food not only satisfies the most basic survival demands and nutritional needs of people, but also has a deeper meaning on social, psychology, concept, art and other levels to people.This paper studies the theoretical context of modular design strategy, analyzes life scene fragments about eating, analyzes the theme of “food” from clue of people, cases, and things respectively based on the relationship between people and food, then puts forward some extraction strategies of food modules, and classifies these modules that carry the relationship between people and food. The difficulty lies in distinguishing and arranging the methods of superposition and organization between modules. And then exploring possible decisions and evolutionary relationships between modules: Psychological module influences people’s behavior module subconsciously, people’s behavior determines the functional module to which this space belongs, the collective behavior of a group of people can often evolve into cultural and economic module.Based on the site conditions of Jiangxi Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Exhibition Hall, this paper focuses the design object on the parent-child population finally, and discusses and implements the organization form and technical method of the module with the modular design thinking and design methods in dining space of parent-child relationship; Explores how food space promotes the good interaction between parent and child, promotes children’s healthy physical and psychological growth by integrating education with pleasure to make more harmonious relationship between parent and child.Finally, a series of food space forms were formed: Food exhibition area, Food DIY area, Pixel amusement area, Reception area, Bar area, Food Cube area, Mechanical area, Information area, Leisure area, Food Self-Cultivation Picking area, and so on.
