C公司属于央企子企业,是专业从事电子焊接材料及功能粉体材料研发、生产、销售和服务的高新技术企业。C公司自创立以来一直保持较高的增长速度。近年来,随着市场环境的变化和竞争加剧,C公司主营业务增速放缓。为了稳定已有的产业基础,健全业务板块,创造新的增长点,C公司一直在开展产业发展的探索和研究。目前战略布局虽已初步完成,但在产品开发层面、商业模式层面和战略层面都存在一些问题迫待研究和调整。本文通过分析和研究新材料产业的宏观形势,在十三五规划和中国制造2025等政策的指引下,在产业变革的大趋势下,结合自身的优劣势,分析出适合C公司发展的战略目标和实施要点,为可持续发展提供参考意见。本文从提出问题到得到结论共六章:第一章是问题的提出,包括研究背景和研究问题;第二章是对PEST和产业环境进行了分析;第三章对C公司的内部环境进行了分析;第四章运用SWOT分析模型和QSPM矩阵对关键战略方案进行评分筛选,最终结合公司已有战略定位及波士顿矩阵分析结果,确定了重点发展战略选择;第五章针对战略目标,提出了C公司战略发展实施要点;第六章是本文的研究结论。
Company C is a subsidiary of State-owned enterprise and a high-tech company, specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, sale and technical services of microelectronic Solder and functional powder materials. Since its establishment, Company C had been developing at a fast speed. Recent years, because of the changes of market environment and intensified competition, the growth speed has slowed down. In order to enhance its established industrial foundation, complete its business segments, and create new growth areas, Company C has been continuously conducting the exploration and research on new industrial development. Although the company’s strategic layout has been principally set, there are urgent challenges in terms of products’ technology development, company strategy, and business model must to be analyzed and solved. By analyzing and studying the macro trend of the new material industry, various key policies, such the thirteenth five-year national plan and the “Made in China 2025”plan, and the industrial transformation background, this thesis analyzed the strengths and weakness of Company C, proposed the strategic development goals and implementation plan for Company C, and provided suggestions on Company C’s sustainable development in the long run. This thesis has six chapters. Chapter 1 introduced the background and problems. Chapter 2 discussed the PEST analysis and industrial environment analysis. Chapter 3 analyzed the internal environment of Company C. Chapter 4 discussed and evaluated various key strategic plans by SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis, and by combining Company C’s current strategic positioning and BCG Matrix, determined the key strategic development plan. Chapter 5 proposed the implementation plan to reach the strategic goal. Chapter 6 is the conclusion of this thesis.
