摘要

2017年10月13日,国务院办公厅发布了《关于积极推进供应链创新与应用的指导意见》。意见中提到供应链是以客户需求为导向,以提高质量和效率为目标,以整合资源为手段,实现产品设计、采购、生产、销售、服务等全过程高效协同的组织形态。随着信息技术的发展,供应链已发展到与互联网、物联网深度融合的智能供应链新阶段。新技术和新模式是我国发展智能供应链的重要驱动因素。新技术的驱动主要来自于人工智能、机器学习、大数据分析、计算机视觉和物联网IOT在企业内部运营管理和外部渠道销售场景中的应用。比如在人工智能、机器学习和大数据分析的帮助下能够做出预测驱动的一体化供应链计划体系包括财务,库存,销售到运营计划,这种商业预测能力能够帮助企业降低库存周转,提升运营效率。新模式的发展主要源自于信息互联互通给行业生态体系中各个链路节点的企业带来的经营新模式。比如在物联网IOT技术的帮助下,门店运营不再像以前一样仅凭借店长经验,而是通过消费者购物动线分析优化门店组货和商品布局,通过电子价签和货柜的信息互通实现了门店有效动态调价,这类数据的互通互联帮助企业通过智能分析做出决策,提升门店坪效,从而提升门店销售。 本文通过对我国鞋服、快销、3C、家电等行业的供应链发展现状和痛点进行系统的分析和总结,识别这几个行业中供应链发展的创新实践,这些创新实践均来自新技术的发展驱动或者新模式的设计驱动。同时做出这些创新实践在行业内部可规模化复制的可行性分析。 本文对我国传统企业供应链的技术和模式创新在理论研究和实践具有一定的指导意义。

On October 13, 2017, the General Office of the State Council issued the “Guiding Opinions on Actively Promoting Supply Chain Innovation and Application”. The opinion mentioned that the supply chain is oriented to customer demand, aiming at improving quality and efficiency, and integrating resources as a means to achieve efficient and coordinated organization of product design, procurement, production, sales and service. With the development of informatics, the supply chain has developed into a new stage, intelligent supply chain, which is deeply integrated with the Internet and the Internet of Things (IOT).New technologies and new models are important driving factors for China's development of intelligent supply chains. The new technology is driven by artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, computer vision and IOT applications in enterprise internal operations management and external channel sales scenarios. For example, with the help of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data analytics, a predictive-driven integrated supply chain planning system, including finance, inventory, and sales-to-operational planning, can help enterprises reduce inventory turnover and improve operational efficiency. The development of the new model is mainly derived from the new business model brought by information interconnection to the enterprises of each link node in the industry ecosystem. For instance, with the help of the IOT, the store operation is no longer just based on the experience of the store manager. Instead, it optimizes the store group and product layout through the consumer shopping line analysis, and realizes the information exchange through the electronic price tag and the container. The effective dynamic price adjustment of the store, the interconnection of such data helps enterprises to make decisions through intelligent analysis, improve the store's effectiveness, and thus enhance store sales. This paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the development status and pain points of supply chain in Chinese shoes and apparel, fast sales, 3C, home appliances industries, and identifies the innovative practices of supply chain development in these industries. These innovative practices are all from new technologies. Development drive or design drive for new models. At the same time, the feasibility analysis of these innovative practices within the industry can be scaled up. This paper also includes certain significant guiding’s for the theoretical research and practice of the technology and model innovation of China’s traditional enterprise supply chain.
