改革开放以来，经济的发展、人口的快速流动直接冲击着我国传统婚姻家庭的生活方式，为“婚外情”的产生和发展提供了外部条件。“婚外情”易引发家庭婚姻危机，影响社会稳定。因此，社会工作的介入，对于“婚外情”家庭危机的干预具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文界定了本研究所涉及的核心概念，简要介绍了研究工作所涉及的主要理论。在研究、梳理相关文献的基础上，解析了“婚外情”发生的各种原因。论文从优势视角下社会工作介入“婚外情”家庭的可行性入手，通过社工介入“婚外情”家庭的实践以及社工介入“婚外情”家庭的效果评估，客观地分析了“婚外情”家庭的特征以及优势视角介入“婚外情”家庭危机的优势，并通过运用开展夫妻关系工作坊等社工的专业技巧，在倾听案主的诉说与研究个案资料的基础上，分析家庭出现“婚外情”的原因。在优势视角理论指导下，提高案主的抗逆力，恢复研究对象的自信心，采用邀请婚姻危机家庭的当事人参加夫妻关系修复工作坊的方法，通过讲座、培训和亲密互动活动等方式，增加夫妻之间的接触机会，提升夫妻之间沟通的效果，恢复与重建夫妻之间的亲密感和彼此间的信任，重新构建和谐幸福的家庭，使家庭系统得以正常运转。对“婚外情”家庭开展个案的社会工作的同时，也对“婚外情”家庭进行实证的研究，丰富了社会工作的理论。 本文在优势视角下通过个案分析对社工介入“婚外情”家庭进行了分析与研究，在研究过程中，利用文献分析法分类评述了相关文献，研究中采用了深层访谈法、个案分析法和观察法等研究方法，依据家庭系统理论、家庭沟通理论和危机干预理论介入“婚外情”家庭，旨在增加家庭稳定因素，促进提升夫妻关系质量，提高家庭幸福指数。家庭社工依据优势视角理论介入“婚外情”家庭，在家庭社工的实践运用中是一种新的尝试，可供相关家庭社工在开展类似工作时参考借鉴。

Since the reform and opening up, the rapid economic development and population flow have directly impacted the traditional marriage and family life in China, and provided external conditions for the emergence and development of extramarital affairs. Extramarital affairs can easily lead to family marriage crisis and affect social stability.Therefore, the intervention of social work has important theoretical and practical significance for the intervention of family crisis of extramarital affairs. This paper defines the core concepts involved in this research and briefly introduces the main theories involved in the research work. Based on research and combing relevant literature, this paper analyzes various causes of extramarital affairs.Starting with the feasibility of social work intervening in extramarital affair families from an Advantage Perspective, this paper objectively analyzes the characteristics of extramarital affair families and the advantages of the Advantage Perspective intervening in extramarital affair family crisis through the practice of social workers intervening in extramarital affair families and the effect evaluation of social workers intervening in extramarital affair families.By using the professional skills of social workers, such as the couples relationship workshop, and on the basis of listening to the case and studying the case data, this paper analyzes the reasons for the extramarital affairs in the family under the guidance of the Advantage Perspective theory in order to improve the subject's resilience and restore the subject's self-confidence.By inviting parties from families with marital crisis to participate in workshops on the restoration of marital relations, through lectures, training and intimate interaction activities, the purpose is to increase the opportunities of contact between husband and wife,enhance the effect of communication between spouses, restore and rebuild intimacy between spouses, and strive to restore trust between these couples, so that the family system can operate normally.At the same time, the social work of the families with extramarital affairs is carried out, and the empirical research on the family with extramarital affairs is also conducted, which enriches the theory of social work. This paper analyses the social work of families with extramarital affairs from an Advantages Perspective, in the research process, literature analysis method was used to classify and comment relevant literature. Deep interview method, case analysis method and observation method were used in the research.According to family system theory, family communication theory and crisis intervention theory, the intervention in extramarital affair family aims to increase family stability factors, promote the quality of the relationship between husband and wife, and improve the family happiness index.The intervention of family social workers in extramarital affairs based on the theory of Advantage Perspective is a new attempt in the practical application of family social workers, which can be used for reference by relevant family social workers in carrying out similar work.
